Abstract:
A transfer decorating machine that utilises powdered material or granules comprises: a mobile rest surface (10), on which the objects to be decorated are translated according to a predetermined direction; a device for the application of a decoration, operating above the mobile rest surface (10) and provided with a mobile transfer belt (3), which is a closed loop between movement rollers (2, 20) having mutually parallel axes, and serves the function of receiving a decoration realised with powdered material or granules (9) and then transferring it on objects to be decorated. Said device comprises a first unit (100) suitable for composing a decoration on the transfer belt (3) and a second unit (200) that carries out the transfer of the decoration from the transfer belt (3) onto an object to be decorated. The transfer belt (3) is commanded to move in a direction concordant with that of the mobile rest surface (10). The second unit (200) comprises a section located in the lower part of the transfer belt (3) that has the external side thereof facing downwards and facing, at a predetermined distance, a surface to be decorated (11) of an object lying on the mobile rest surface (10). This section extends between a curved surface of an abutment (17, 2) and a movement roller (20). There are means operating correspondingly on the internal side of the said section of the transfer belt (3) to direct jets of air towards it, said jets of air generating a situation of turbulence.
Abstract:
A supply system for an Inkjet printer of a type comprising at least one printing unit made up of one or more printing heads (1) with ink recirculation, each of which is equipped with one or more nozzles (11) for at least one colour. The system comprises: - a line for supply-distribution (3) of the ink and that originates from a reservoir (5), has a plurality of short connecting branches (30) for supplying the said print heads (1) and empties into the same reservoir (5); - a line for recirculation (4) of the ink and made up of a plurality of short channels (40) originating from the said print heads (1) and converging into a collection manifold (41), which empties into the said reservoir (5). First and second means provide for producing the circulation of the ink, in the supply-distribution line (3) and in the recirculation line (4) comprising the collection manifold (41), respectively. A control means is provided to control the pressure in the supply- distribution line (3) and particularly in the distribution tube (31). An additional control means controls the pressure and circulation in the recirculation line (4) comprising the said collection manifold (41).
Abstract:
A process for realising solar panels, of a type in which incident solar energy is transmitted to a liquid present and circulating in cavities predisposed internally of the panels, comprising following main stages: forming slabs (1) exhibiting, on at least a first surface (10) thereof a plurality of reliefs or projections (11) arranged in a predetermined design; possible covering of the surface of the first surface (10) with a glass-based material or the like; stable and solid coupling in a single body of two slabs (1) for superposing the first surface (10) of one on the first surface (10) of another such that the tops of at least part of the relative reliefs or projections (11) are reciprocally contactingly facing.
Abstract:
A photovoltaic module (1) comprises a plurality of photovoltaic cells (100), electrically interconnected to define a photo-active surface (2). The photovoltaic cells (100) being closed between a front covering layer (3a) and a back covering layer (3b) which are electrically insulating, the front covering layer (3 a) being frontally covered by a frontal covering element (4) having a mechanical protection function for the photovoltaic cells (100). The back covering layer (3b) being posteriorly supported by a support element, the support element being a ceramic slab of a limited thickness.
Abstract:
The structure for presses comprises: a resistant structure constituted by at least one resistance element (1) which in turn comprises a flat annular element (2) internally of which and in diametrically opposite positions two facing surfaces (20) are arranged, between which facing surfaces (20) at least one power tool (5) can be inserted, for exerting a pressing action and compressing between two bodies an object or a material to be pressed, the two facing surfaces (20) receiving equal and opposite reactions to the pressing action. Cuts are made at ends of the facing surfaces (20) which cuts involve a total thickness of the facing surface (20). Each of the cuts comprises a first tract (22) which is parallel to a pressing direction and a second part (23) which is circular in shape; the circular second part (23) of cut constituting a snug seating for discs (24). Means for interpositioning are provided for being interpositioned between ends of the facing surfaces (20) so that two resultants, parallel to the pressing direction, of action exerted on each of the facing surfaces 20 are located externally to centres of corresponding circular second parts (23).
Abstract:
The apparatus for distributing powders on a support in a predetermined pattern, comprises: a belt conveyor (2) for transporting the support (3); a head for applying the powders (1), located above the conveyor (2), which head (1) comprises a ring-wound closed continuous belt (4) exhibiting a plurality of perforations arranged according to a predetermined pattern, the perforations being of a size which enables passage of predetermined quantities of powders; means for controlling a supply and delivery of powders through the perforations and for keeping the continuous belt (4) clean. The head also comprises means for controlling a movement of the continuous belt (4) in synchrony with a movement of the conveyor (2).
Abstract:
