    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cold hand and indelicate gloss, give woven or knitted fabrics of high opacity, as it keeps dry and warm fabric hand, further enable sufficient fluff binding of the core stable fiber and develop much improved process-passing properties compared with the conventional spun yarns by this fluff binding and high filament fiber uniformity, when fabrics are formed therefrom. SOLUTION: This conjugates spun yarn is produced by actually twisting a filament yarn and staple fibers and the inner layer is constituted with dispersed filament yarn and stable fiber in the cross section of the spun yarn, while the outer layer has at least a part in which the filament yarn distributes, too.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to stop and restart an apparatus for preparing bound spun yarns without causing broken yarns in stopping the apparatus at one time, by stopping a drafting part, taking-off part and winding part at the same time, and stopping the operation of a false twisting part and a pneumatic part simultaneously with or after the stopping. CONSTITUTION:In stopping the respective spindles at one time in an apparatus for preparing bound spun yarns consisting of a drafting part 2 having rollers and aprons (2a), a pneumatic part 3 for sucking fibrous groups having a rubber pipe 4 and a pneumatic duct 5, a false twisting part 7, a taking-off part 11 and a winding part 12 without causing broken yarns, the function of a yarn breakage sensor 13 is first stopped, and the drafting part 2, taking-off part 11 and the winding part 12 are simultaneously stopped. The false twisting part 7 and the pneumatic part 3 are stopped simultaneously or after the stopping. The restarting operations can be carried out in the reverse order without causing the yarn breakage.
