Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the title cloth for liquid crystal printed boards by forming a cloth using conjugate fibers from a main chain-type liquid crystal resin and another resin followed by heat treatment of the cloth and then removing the latter resin. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, a cloth is formed using a conjugate fiber produced by melting in a separate manner a main chain-type liquid crystal resin and another resin followed by combination both the resins and then delivery through a spinneret. Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the modulus and heat-distorsion temp. of a polyarylene sulfide by irradiating the polyarylene sulfide with rays of light and thermally treating it in an oxygen-contg. atmosphere at a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:A polyarylene sulfide (molding) is irradiated with rays of light of one lux or higher for at least one sec at a temp. pref. at least 50 deg.C higher than the transition point in an oxygen-contg. atmosphere to adjust the thermal shrinkage of the irradiated polyarylene sulfide at the m.p. of an unirradiated polyarylene sulfide to 5-80%. The irradiated polyarylene sulfide is thermally treated at a temp. higher than the temp. 80 deg.C lower than the m.p., pref. at a temp. at least 10 deg.C higher than the m.p., in an oxygen-contg. atmosphere and if necessary under a specified shrinkage.

A liquid crystal polyester or polyester amide is used as the liquid crystal resin. An electrically conductive layer structure containing >=5wt.% electrically conductive substance or streaky structure or both are present in the interior and a polymer forming the structure is a liquid noncrystal resin with >=2% moisture absorption. Carbon black, copper, aluminum, iron, etc., are used as the electrically conductive substance and the liquid crystal resin having >=13000 molecular weight with cavities present therein is used.
