The invention relates to an assembly comprising a filter housing and at least one filter cartridge. The at least one filter cartridge is tubular, comprises a tube wall provided with filter means and comprises a central discharge channel with a discharge connection for discharge of filtered medium. The tube wall comprises filter means through which the medium to be filtered is able to flow transversely to the tube wall. The filter housing comprises a filter chamber, surrounded by a sidewall, in which the at least one filter cartridge is accommodated with the longitudinal direction parallel to the sidewall. The filter chamber has at least one outlet per filter cartridge to which the discharge connection of the respective filter cartridge is connected. The sidewall of the filter chamber is provided with at least one inlet for feeding in the medium to be filtered. The inlet opens into the filter chamber at a level that is traversed by the at least one filter cartridge. Viewed in the transverse direction of the filter cartridge and at the level of the inlet, the shortest distance from the filter cartridge to the side wall is greater than the shortest distance from the filter cartridge to the side wall viewed in the transverse direction of the filter cartridge and below or above the inlet. The invention furthermore relates to a filter cartridge intended for an assembly according to the invention.

Cross-flow filter (8) comprising a highly flexible filter support (21) (thickness not greater than 1 mm) having a spiral of, or spaced, parallel lengths, of, double-ply material whose plies are seamed together along spaced, longitudinal seams to provide an array of side-by-side tubes. During filtration (when the filter support (21) is under the pressure of the feed) the tube walls bulge out and the filter zone is restrained solely by tensile forces in the filter support (21) itself. Substantial movement of the filter support (21) is possible in the direction at right angles to its face when the pressures on either side of the filter support are equal. One application is when the filter (8) is connected downstream of an aeration vessel (11) with no intervening vessel, the concentrate outlet (2) of the filter (8) being connected to the aeration vessel (11) for sludge return. This enables the size of the aeration vessel (11) to be substantially reduced.

본 발명은 밸러스트수 여과장치에 있어서, 필터부를 수용하는 밸러스트수 여과장치 내에 동심원방향으로 원추형 필터엘리먼트를 설치하고 여과장치 하단에서 밸러스트수를 유입시켜 여과장치 내부의 필터엘리먼트를 통과시켜 여과를 수행하면서, 구동부가 여과장치의 하단에 위치한 흡입부를 회전시켜 필터엘리먼트와 연통시키고 차압에 의해 필터 내부의 이물질을 포함한 역세수를 배출하는 밸러스트수 여과장치에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 상기 구동부를 하우징의 하부에 위치시켜 하우징 내에 더 많은 필터엘리먼트를 수용하여 밸러스트수 처리에 적합하도록 여과효율을 높이고, 구조를 단순화하여 실링 비용을 줄이고 원수가 여과수와 섞이는 것을 방지하며, 좁은 공간에도 설치가 가능하고 수리가 용이한 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도 필터 구조의 고효율 캔들 타입 밸러스트수 여과장치에 관한 것이다.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (10) zum Trennen eines heterogenen Stoffgemisches in mindestens ein Retentat und ein Filtrat, umfassend - ein Gehäuse (12), das in einen Raum für das heterogene Stoffgemisch (20) mit mindestens einem Zulauf (14) und einen Filtratraum (21 ) mit mindestens einem Ablauf (16) unterteilt ist, - eine Filtereinheit (22), die mindestens ein Filterelement (24) umfasst, wobei die Filtereinheit (22) in dem Raum für das heterogene Stoffgemisch (20) angeordnet ist, und - ein Spülsystem (46, 47, 50, 50') zum Reinigen der Filtereinheit (22), wobei das Spülsystem (46, 47, 50, 50') mindestens einen Spülstutzen (46, 47) aufweist, der ausgebildet ist, einen tangential zu der Mantelfläche (54) gerichteten Strom eines ersten Waschmediums in den Raum für das heterogene Stoffgemisch (20) einzubringen. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Filtereinheit.

The invention relates to an adapter for fastening a filter element in a cylindrical receiving opening of a bottom part of a lower piece of a filter housing. Said adapter comprises at least one seal that is arranged in a peripheral groove on the circumference of the adapter in order to fluid-tightly separate a filtrate-free chamber, which surrounds the external jacket of the filter and from which medium to be filtered can be delivered to the filter, from a filtrate chamber into which the filtrate can be introduced from the filter. The seal is injection-molded in a connecting manner onto a base area of the peripheral groove and is located at a distance from at least one sidewall of the groove, said sidewall delimiting the base area.

The reactor (1) comprises means (3, 4) for delivering a gas into the vessel (2) in a region of the vessel (2) near to the bottom (24) of the vessel (2) and beside the filters (3).

The invention relates to a pool filter comprising a housing, which can be supported on a ground side on the base, a longitudinal axis and a transversal axis, and a water inlet, a channel outlet and a pool outlet which are embodied in the housing wall thereof. A flow path from the water inlet to the pool outlet is embodied in the housing on the filter in the filter system and a filter device is arranged in the flow path. The invention is characterised in that a pre-filtering unit is arranged in the flow path in front of the filter device.
