Abstract:
Die Erfindung betrifft plättchenförmige Eisenpigmente hergestellt durch Verformung von Carbonyleisenpulver, wobei die plättchenförmigen Eisenpigmente eine Grössenverteilung von einem D 50 -Wert aus einem Bereich von 3 bis 16 μm und ein Grössen-Dicken-Verhältnis aus einem Bereich von 2 bis 50 aufweisen. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein magnetorheologisches Fluid, das die erfindungsgemässen plättchenförmigen Eisenpigmente enthält, als auch eine Vorrichtung, die das magnetorheologische Fluid enthält.
Abstract:
A motor oil performance-enhancing engine treatment oil additive formulated for addition to conventional motor oil to improve the lubricating properties of the engine oil and enhance the performance of the engine. The novel engine additive comprises a synergistic combination of chemical constituents including an oil soluble molybdenum additive, polyalphaolefin, diester, polytetrafluoroethylene, dispersant inhibitor containing zinc dithiophosphate, mineral oil base stock, viscosity index improvers, and borate ester used in combination with a conventional crankcase lubricant at about a 20 to about a 25% volume/percent. The improved performance of the engine additive in comparison with conventional crankcase lubricants is attributable to the synergistic effect of optimizing the design parameters for each of the individual chemical constituents and combining the chemical constituents according to the present invention to obtain surprisingly good results including improved: wear, oxidation resistance, viscosity stability, engine cleanliness, fuel economy, cold starting, and inhibition of acid formation. The novel engine additive formulation comprises a synergistic combination of compounds, ingredients, or components, each of which alone is insufficient to give the desired properties, but when used in concert give outstanding lubricating properties. Of course, it is contemplated that additional components may be added to the engine additive formulation to enhance specific properties for special applications.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide member having high oil retention, low friction, wear resistance, and seize resistance under severe slide condition with continuous slide state or low or no lubrication.SOLUTION: A substrate 21 and a resin coating layer 22 formed on the surface of the substrate 21 are provided. The resin coating layer 22 has a frame part 222 which is a resin film containing a first solid lubricant, and a nest part 221 which is the resin film containing a second solid lubricant.

경사판식 컴프레서는, 반구상을 한 복수의 슈(4)와 원판상의 경사판(2)을 구비한다. 슈(4)와 슬라이딩하는 경사판(2)의 표면(2A) 및 이면(2B)(슬라이딩면)에는 수지 코팅(12)이 실시되어 있다. 수지 코팅(12)은 기판(11)의 표면에 다수의 육각 기둥의 기둥 형상체(12B)를 세운 구조로 되어 있고, 각 기둥 형상체(12B)의 단면(12C)이 상기 슈(4)와 슬라이딩하는 슬라이딩면이 된다. 또한, 각 기둥 형상체(12B)의 인접 위치에 벌집 형상의 홈(12A)이 형성되어, 그곳이 윤활유(O)의 저장부가 되고, 또한 이물질(15)의 수용부가 된다. 눌어붙음이 방지되고, 내마모성 및 윤활유 보유성이 뛰어난 경사판(2)을 제공할 수 있다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate excellent in wear resistance, seizure resistance and a holding property of lubricating oil.SOLUTION: A swash plate type compressor comprises a plurality of semi-spherical shoes 4 and a circular swash plate 2. Resin coatings 12 are applied to the surface 2A and the rear surface 2B (slide face) of the swash plate 2 which slides with the shoes 4. The resin coating 12 has such a structure that a large number of hexagonal pole columnar bodies 12B are erected on the surface of a base plate 11, and the end face 12C of each columnar body 12B is a slide face which slides with the shoes 4. Furthermore, a honeycomb-shaped groove 12A is formed at an adjacent position of each columnar body 12B, and the groove serves as a reservoir of lubricating oil O, and also serves as an accommodation part of foreign matters 15.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating agent composition for cold plastic working, exhibiting good lubricating properties and burning resistance even when the composition does not contain a chlorine-based compound and to provide the cold plastic working method using the composition. SOLUTION: The lubricating agent composition for cold plastic working contains a carbonate of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal such as sodium carbonate and/or calcium carbonate and a hydroxide of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal in a lubricating base oil such as a mineral oil and does not contain a chlorine-based compound. The lubricating agent composition has ≥10 mass% and 0 pt.mass and ≤5 pts.mass when the content of carbonate of the alkali metal and/or the alkaline earth metal is defined as 100 pts.mass and the composition is liquid or gel-like at normal temperature.
