A wire rope for a running wire, has a core rope, a plurality of side strands arranged at an outer periphery of the core rope to be twisted together therewith, and a resin spacer interposed between the side strands, the core rope including a core rope main body composed of a plurality of wires and a resin coating layer outwardly surrounding the core rope main body so that the resin coating layer separates the core rope main body from the side strands, each of the side strands being composed of a plurality of further wires, and the resin spacer being provided with contour corresponding to an outer layer of the further wires of the side strands and extending between the wires of the outer layer of the side strands.

(과제) 변형시에 있어서의 에너지 흡수 효과가 높은 내하재를 제공한다. (해결 수단) 금속제의 외관 (2) 과, 이 외관 (2) 내에 배치된 복수의 금속제 내부 강관 (3, 3A, 3B) 과, 복수의 내부 강 (3, 3A, 3B) 관을 위치 결정하여 배치한 후에, 복수의 내부 강관 (3, 3A, 3B) 에 의하여 내력이 향상되고, 나아가 하중을 받으면 내부 강관 (3, 3A, 3B) 이 편평한 형상으로 변형됨으로써 외관 (2) 도 변형 가능해지고, 외관 (2) 에 국부적으로 응력이 집중되지 않고 에너지 흡수 효과가 향상된다. 또, 외관 (2) 의 내면 (21) 과 내부 강관의 외면 사이에 충전된 충전재 (4) 를 충전함으로써 간단히 복수의 내부 강관 (3, 3A, 3B) 을 위치 결정할 수 있다.

A rope structure comprising a plurality of formed composite strands. Each of the formed composite strands comprises fiber material and matrix material. The fiber material within the matrix material is twisted. The shapes of the plurality of formed composite strands are predetermined to facilitate combination of the plurality of composite strands into the rope structure.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel strand coated with anti-corrosive, so improved that an anti-corrosive coating on the periphery thereof is scarcely damaged even when it is used as an external cable of a prestressed structure and therefore strong frictional force is applied to its outer peripheral surface, and capable of being given at a low cost, and to provide an anti-corrosive processing method therefor. SOLUTION: This steel strand coated with the anti-corrosive is formed by filling voids 1b between each of wire elements of the steel strand 1 formed by twining two or more steel wire elements 1a, 1a with an anti-corrosive material of synthetic resin and applying the anti-corrosive coating of another synthetic resin to the outer peripheral surface of the steel strand, wherein the insides of the voids 1b between the each of the wire elements of the steel strand 1 are filled with the anti-corrosive material 11 of a flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin to which an adhesion accelerator is added, then a primary coating 12 is applied to the outer periphery of the steel strand by using the anti-corrosive material 11 of the flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin in such a state that spiral concaved parts between the each of the wire elements of the outer periphery of the steel strand 1 are filled, and further an outer coating 13 is conducted by fusing the other anti-corrosive material of a rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin, such as a saturated polyester-based synthetic resin, to the outer periphery of the primary coating 12.
