    【解決手段】金属製の外管2と、この外管2内に配置された複数の金属製内部鋼管3,3A,3Bと、複数の内部鋼3,3A,3B管を位置決めして配置したから、複数の内部鋼管3,3A,3Bにより耐力が向上し、しかも、荷重を受けると、内部鋼管3,3A,3Bが偏平状に変形することにより、外管2も変形可能となり、外管2に局部的に応力が集中することなく、エネルギー吸収効果が向上する。 また、外管2の内面21と内部鋼管外面との間に充填された充填材4を充填することにより、簡単に複数の内部鋼管3,3A,3Bを位置決めできる。

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel strand coated with anti-corrosive, so improved that an anti-corrosive coating on the periphery thereof is scarcely damaged even when it is used as an external cable of a prestressed structure and therefore strong frictional force is applied to its outer peripheral surface, and capable of being given at a low cost, and to provide an anti-corrosive processing method therefor.
    SOLUTION: This steel strand coated with the anti-corrosive is formed by filling voids 1b between each of wire elements of the steel strand 1 formed by twining two or more steel wire elements 1a, 1a with an anti-corrosive material of synthetic resin and applying the anti-corrosive coating of another synthetic resin to the outer peripheral surface of the steel strand, wherein the insides of the voids 1b between the each of the wire elements of the steel strand 1 are filled with the anti-corrosive material 11 of a flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin to which an adhesion accelerator is added, then a primary coating 12 is applied to the outer periphery of the steel strand by using the anti-corrosive material 11 of the flexible thermoplastic synthetic resin in such a state that spiral concaved parts between the each of the wire elements of the outer periphery of the steel strand 1 are filled, and further an outer coating 13 is conducted by fusing the other anti-corrosive material of a rigid thermoplastic synthetic resin, such as a saturated polyester-based synthetic resin, to the outer periphery of the primary coating 12.
