Abstract:
A door module of a vehicle includes: a panel of door glass including an upper peripheral edge and a lower peripheral edge; a lift plate coupled to the lower peripheral edge of the door glass such that a regulator may move the door glass between a full-up position and a full-down position within the door module via the lift plate; and a position block movable within the door module to: (i) a first position below the lift plate such that the lift plate rests on the position block and the door glass is at a position above the full-down position when the door glass is inserted into the lift plate during manufacture, and (ii) after such insertion, a second position that permits the lift plate to move further downward such that the door glass is at the full-down position.
Abstract:
A vehicle door drive unit for raising and lowering a glass plate is constructed so that a plurality of pulleys across which wires extend are provided at upper and lower sides of a base panel. The glass plate is supported by a carrier plate which is connected to the wire ends. The glass plate is moved up and down by the wires and is prevented from excessively moving in a vehicle inward direction when the door is closed by a supporting rod positioned along an upward and downward path of the glass plate and a contact member. Trumpet shaped guide portions are formed at the edges of holes of the wire fixing portions of the carrier plate and the circumferential surfaces of a V-shaped tensioner are provided for eliminating slack in the wires.
Abstract:
A door apparatus (10) having a door frame (12) providing a lower central opening (14) extending substantially across a lower central portion (14) of the frame (12), and an upper central opening (17) extending substantially across an upper central portion (16) of the frame (12) above the lower central portion (14). A movable window (18) is included mounted to the frame (12) for movement between a raised position and a lowered position. A guide assembly (21) is included cooperating with the movable window (18) for guidance thereof between the raised position and the lowered position, and a drive mechanism (22) coupled to the guide assembly (21) to selectively drive the movable window (18). The guide assembly (21) and the drive mechanism (22) are both adapted for operation and mounting along a portion of the periphery of the frame lower central portion (14) substantially out of visual obstruction of the lower central opening (13).
Abstract:
An improvement in the car-side-window mechanisms of the cable-actuated type is disclosed, in which a device is provided which allows for the tension differentials which may occur in the actuating cable sections due to the uneven abutment of the window glass top edge against the window frame. The device is a takeup mechanism composed by an arcuate spring the ends of which coact with two swingable plates, each of which carries a follower. The plates under the bias of the spring can be approached to one another or diverge from one another and thus make up the tension differential in the two confronting cable sections, as transferred to such plates by the respective followers.
Abstract:
A railless cable-pull window lifter is provided for lifting and lowering a window pane in a motor vehicle door, with a motorized drive, a cable pull, upper deflecting means, lower deflecting means and a driver. The driver is designed for receiving the window pane. The cable pull is fixed to the driver and guided in a circulating manner via the upper and lower deflecting means. The motorized drive is integrated into the lower deflecting means. The lower deflecting means furthermore have a cable drum, wherein the cable drum has track grooves, wherein the track grooves are provided for receiving the cable pull. During a lifting of the window pane, the driver executes a movement in the direction of the vehicle interior, wherein the cable drum is arranged below the driver in such a manner and wherein the track grooves are designed in such a manner that, during the movement of the driver, the cable pull always runs into the cable drum and emerges from the cable drum essentially in a vertical direction.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a force transmission element for a window lifter (200, 300, 500) for transmitting a closing force (242, 342, 356) and an opening force (230, 330, 350) to a window (210, 310, 510), wherein the force transmission element has a first force application point (216, 316, 316, 416) for transmitting the closing force, and a second force application point (222, 322, 322, 422) for transmitting the opening force, and wherein the force application points are arranged in a direction of displacement of the window and offset perpendicularly with respect thereto.
