A vent (10) comprising a fixed frame (3) and an opening member (5) attached to the fixed frame (3) by hinges (7, 12), the opening member (5) being movable between a position closing the vent (10) and an open position by drive means (9), wherein three hinges (7, 12) support three sides of the opening member (5) and a fourth side is driven by the drive means (9). As a result, smoother opening of such a vent occurs without the need for a second drive means.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Beschlaganordnung für ein Fenster oder eine Tür mit einem Flügel, der sowohl kippbar als auch vom festen Rahmen des Fensters oder der Tür abstellbar und parallel zum festen Rahmen verschiebbar ist. Die Beschlaganordnung (24) weist ein Steuerelement (46) mit einem Befestigungsteil (52) auf, das fest mittelbar und/oder unmittelbar am festen Rahmen montierbar ist. Das Steuerelement (46) weist ein Einführteil (54) auf, das relativ zum Befestigungsteil (52) verschwenkbar und verschiebbar sein kann. In einer Einführstellung, in der ein Steuerzapfen der Beschlaganordnung in das Einführteil (54) einfahren kann, liegt ein Endabschnitt des Einführteils (54), vorzugsweise zumindest teilweise, am Befestigungsteil (52) an, sodass ein Stoß des Steuerzapfens auf das Einführteil (54) über den am Befestigungsteil (52) anliegenden Endabschnitt in das Befestigungsteil (52) abgeleitet wird. Das Einführteil (54) ist vorzugsweise durch einen Steuerarm der Beschlaganordnung, an dem insbesondere auch der Steuerzapfen angeordnet oder ausgebildet ist, aus dem Formschluss mit dem Befestigungsteil (52) ausschwenkbar, sodass das Einführteil (54) anschließend durch den Steuerzapfen verschiebbar ist. Das Steuerelement (46) kann einen Freilauf aufweisen, durch den das Ausschwenken des Einführteils (54) nur beim Öffnen der Beschlaganordnung, nicht aber beim Schließen der Beschlaganordnung bewirkt wird.

The mounting plate includes at least one rigidly fixed first gear, and the third arm includes gear teeth directly or indirectly coupled together with the fixed gear, such that rotation of the second arm with respect to said mounting plate causes rotation of the first arm with respect to the second arm, thereby driving the poly axle hinge open and/or closed.

An electrical window operator for opening and closing a window comprises at least one arm connected pivotally and detachably in a first end with a sash coupling member slidable side within a limited part of the length of the sash, said arm being pivotally connected at the other end with a second coupling member connected with the main frame. An operator housing arranged at the main frame accommodates an elongate drive shaft with a threaded section engaged by a nut element forming part of the second coupling member and an electrical drive unit in axial extension of the drive shaft.

The window has fittings (12) arranged at opposite vertical sides of a wing frame (2). The wing frame and a stick frame (1) move relative to each other by actuating an actuating unit, so that the window is openable and closable. An additional fitting has a lever arm, which is pivotably supported at the stick frame by a pivoting support and is pivotable at the wing frame by another pivoting support. The lever arm is slidably supported at the wing frame along a displacement direction (V). Another actuating unit actuates the additional fitting by applying force to the latter actuating unit.

The invention relates to an improved sash window including a window frame (1) containing two sashes (2 and 3) which are disposed in the same first vertical plane in the closed window position. The lower sash (3) is connected to a counterweight mechanism (8) enabling same to move vertically in the window frame (1). The window also includes scissor mechanisms (9) which are guided between the jambs (4) of the window frame (1) in order to move the lower sash (3) horizontally forward from the first vertical plane in which the window is closed to a second vertical plane in which the window is open or vice versa. The lower sash is maintained in the open position by means of blocking elements (24, 25) and is moved vertically with the aid of the counterweight mechanism (8).

Die Türe (2) ist an einem Scherengestänge (6, 7) abgestützt und dadurch seitlich des Möbelstückes (1) zurückschiebbar. Die Türe (2) ist mit Scharnieren (3, 4) an einer Anschlagleiste (5) höheneinstellbar befestigt, an welcher die Scherenarme (6, 7) mit einem Drehgelenk (16) und einem Schiebe-Drehgelenk (18) angreifen. Die anderen Enden der Scherenarme (6, 7) sind als bodenseitiges Drehgelenk (17) und als Schiebedrehgelenk (19) ausgebildet. Die Anschlagleiste (5) ist durch eine untere und eine obere Führung (30, 52) geführt, die als seitlich der Anschlagleiste (5) aufgesetzter Steg ausgebildet sind. Die untere Führung (30) bildet zudem eine Gleitfläche, auf welcher die Anschlussleiste 5 mit der Türe (2) abgestützt ist. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass das Scherengestänge (6, 7) leicht gebaut werden kann. Da die beiden Führungen (30, 52) im Bereich der Türfront seitlich verstellbar sind, ist eine Justierung der Türe möglich. Da auch die Scharniere (3, 4) verstellbar sind, kann mit diesen Einstellmöglichkeiten die Leichtgängigkeit des Scherengestänges (6, 7) auch bei normaler Montagegenauigkeit erreicht werden.

The invention relates to a control element (50), in particular a control block, for a fitting arrangement of a window which can be opened by sliding and tilting, of a door which can be opened by sliding and tilting, or the like. The control element (50) has an insertion part (72) in the form of a carriage and a fastening part (70) in the form of a carriage receptacle. The insertion part (72) has an insertion guideway in the form of a groove in order to receive a control pin of the fitting arrangement. In an insertion position, the insertion guideway is opened at one end parallel to the groove base of said guideway. The insertion part (72) can be inserted into the fastening part (70) up to a tilted position. In the tilted position, the insertion guideway is closed by the fastening part (70) parallel to the groove base of said guideway in order to hold the control pin on the control element (50).
