    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an assembly having outlet holes therein through which a fluid flows out while preventing leakage thereof, the fluid being allowed to be dispensed with by way of both a valve shaft and a valve shaft adapter fixed thereon.
    SOLUTION: A valve assembly 22 is for dispensing a fluid, equipped with a valve body 24 and a valve shaft 28 slidably disposed within the interior thereof, while the valve shaft 28 has an outlet hole 32 disposed at the tip end thereof. A valve shaft adapter 38 is attached to the tip end of the valve shaft. The valve shaft adapter 38 comprises at least one adapter outlet hole 52 so as cause the fluid to be allowed to be dispensed from the valve assembly 22 to be discharged. A dispenser for a fluid is equipped with a container 12, an inner bag to keep a dispensable fluid disposed in the container 12, and a valve assembly including a valve shaft adapter attached to the tip end of the valve shaft. The valve shaft adapter has adapter outlet holes therein through which dispensing from the valve assembly can be performed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To speedily replace a gas without consuming an objective gas, by a method wherein a rubber balloon form bag is inserted into a gas holder, is inflated, and a gas is charged under pressure into a gap between the holder and the bag. CONSTITUTION:When the gas holder 4 is fitted with air at the atmospheric pressure, the rubber balloon form bag 6 is inserted into the holder 4 through an upper flange 5, ON-OFF valves V1-V4 are closed, a valve V5 is opened, and valves V6-V8 for a purger system are closed. Next, the valves V1, V2, V6 are opened, the objective gas is fed into the bag 6 at a pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure to inflate the bag 6, and an amount of air in the holder 4 corresponding to the volume of the inflation quantity is purged through a purging pipe 3. When the bag 6 comes into contact with the inside surface of the holder 4, the valves V1, V5, V6 are closed, the valves V3, V7, V8 are opened, a blower 7 is operated so that the gas contained in the bag 6 is sucked and fed to a close contact part of the inside wall of the holder 4 and the outside surface of the bag 6 through the valves V2, V3 and a pipe 1 to contract the bag 6, and the purger and the bag 6 are taken out.
