PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability when a coaxial cable is connected to an input and output terminals, in a series unit having the input, output and a TV terminals. SOLUTION: This unit comprises the input, output and TV terminals provided with a central contact and an external contact provided in its periphery, and a unit casing for supporting the input, output and the TV terminals. The fellow central contacts of the input, output and the TV terminals and the fellow external contacts thereof are connected electrically in the unit, and the input and output terminals are rotated around a connection part to the unit casing as a fulcrum, in the unit. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which, in a new HDMI interface using pins assigned to shield as data pair, maintains compatibility with the existing HDMI connector and also makes high quality signal transmission possible.SOLUTION: Signal electron pins 252, 152 are respectively disposed close to shells (ground conductors) 253, 153 so that they will be coupled thereto, with a signal transmitted single-ended. Between a plurality of signal electrode pins in a first stage and a plurality of signal electrode pins in a second stage inside dielectric bodies 251, 151 are disposed ground planes 254, 154. Also, connection conductors 255, 155 for electrically connecting the ground plane and the shell are disposed between each signal electrode pin in each stage inside the dielectric bodies 251, 151. In a pair of signal electrode pins which transmit a differential signal, crosstalk from the other signal electrode pins can be reduced, making high quality signal transmission possible.

Disclosed is a display apparatus having a liquid crystal panel to display images; a light source to supply light to the liquid crystal panel; and a printed circuit board having a light source embedding unit in which the light source is embedded, and a connector mounting unit at which a connector configured to connect to an outside circuit is mounted. The printed circuit board is bent such that the connector mounting unit may be positioned lower than or offset from the light source embedding unit. The printed circuit board may be bent such that the connector may not be protruded further upward than the height of an upper surface of the light source embedding unit, and thus the thickness of the display apparatus may be improved.
Abstract:
The present invention refers to an innovative line of multiple function sockets by integrating a reduced dimensions radio television mechanism which incorporates a coaxial cable quick fixing system that allows an easy installation on the radio television mechanism, thus avoiding the tightening of screws and the use of tools. Besides this characteristic, the conception of the entry location of the coaxial cable allows it to be applied only with the core bared, being the fundamental contact with the mesh assured upon the insertion of the coaxial cable by a spike (16) in the interior of the entry lock cylinder (14) in the radio television mechanism. As for the assembly of the mechanism, this also integrates innovative solutions for the assembly of the frame of the radio television mechanism is achieved by the tightening of screws (11) which guarantee not only the correct accommodation of the components in its interior but also the contact of the printed circuit board (PCB) (7) with the entry contact plating (8) and the frame (10), thus avoiding welding points as it happens with the other existing systems.

An audio and video plug is provided, comprising a male audio plug (2) having at least one audio signal plug contact (6, 8) and one audio ground plug contact (4), the plug being characterized by a substantially cylindrical video ground plug contact (12) located radially outward said male audio plug (2), and being electrically insulated from said male audio plug (2), and at least one video signal plug contact (14) being located inward of said video ground plug contact (12), and being electrically insulated from said video ground plug contact (14). Further an audio and video socket is provided, comprising a female audio socket having at least one audio signal socket contact and one audio ground socket corr tact, and a video signal socket contact being electrically insulated from said female audio socket, the socket being characterized by at least one video ground socket contact located radially outward said female audio socket, and being electrically insulated from said female audio socket and said video signal socket contact.

An in-line digital cable television adapter and method for receiving and converting digital television signals to an analog format for display on an analog television set. Dual-capable video decryption and decoding is available to support a television, VCR, and a picture-in-picture independently and simultaneously. Dual-BTSC audio and video frequency modulators are available for output. A bypass switch selectively switches between television channels for modulation and for passing an analog supplied television signal directly to the analog television set. An infrared transceiver integrated with the digital cable adapter receives infrared frequencies from a compatible infrared remote control and stimulates input to a target infrared receiver.
