Abstract:
The present application provides a frequency domain spreading and de-spreading method and apparatus. In embodiments of the present application, user equipment acquires indication information of an orthogonal sequence used by a transmission physical uplink control channel (PUCCH); the user equipment spreads, according to an orthogonal sequence corresponding to the indication information of the orthogonal sequence, a frequency domain for uplink control information borne by the PUCCH; and the user equipment transmits, over a frequency domain resource corresponding to the PUCCH, the uplink control information of which the frequency domain is spread. The present application can spread a frequency domain for uplink control information borne by a PUCCH.
Abstract:
A sounding reference signal transmission method which is efficient in an uplink wireless telecommunications system using a multiple antenna technique and sounding reference signal hopping. A terminal using the multiple antenna technique is equipped with a plurality of antennas, and a base station receives the sounding reference signal transmitted from these antennas and estimates the uplink channel state of each antenna. Moreover, the sounding reference signal performs frequency hopping so that the base station determines the channel condition for the entire bandwidth to which data is transmitted in the uplink system. The sounding reference signal is transmitted through an antenna pattern in which the sounding reference signal can be transmitted through the entire data transmission bandwidth of the uplink system for each antenna of the terminal without additional overhead in this environment.
Abstract:
An eNodeB (eNB), Machine Type Communications (MTC) user equipment (UE) and method using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in a non-legacy PUCCH region are generally described. The UE may be in an enhanced coverage (EC) mode. The UE may receive higher layer signaling indicating physical resource blocks in the PUCCH region and offsets in a cell- or UE-specific manner on a per-slot basis or, when in EC mode, per-set of N subframes basis. The UE may receive a resource allocation for a PUCCH in a PUCCH region separate from a legacy PUCCH region and reserved for non-legacy UEs. The UE may transmit a frequency hopping PUCCH in the PUCCH region and use shortened PUCCH format to accommodate an extended retuning time by puncturing a first and/or last symbol of at least one slot. If retuning, the UE may drop a sounding reference signal transmission in the next subframe.

Abstract:
A method of managing uplink interference at a base station includes: detecting uplink interference caused by one or more inter-cell user equipments to an uplink channel of a base station, the one or more inter-cell user equipments associated with a neighboring base station; receiving, at the base station, assistance information from the neighboring base station, the assistance information comprising a parameter list of ongoing transmissions by the one or more user equipments associated with the neighboring base station; and performing uplink interference cancellation, at the base station, on at least a portion of a received signal based on the assistance information to generate a resulting signal.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each antenna of a terminal to transmit an SRS (Sounding Reference Signal) to the entire uplink data transmission band.SOLUTION: A method for transmission of an SRS of a terminal in a communication system using multiple antennas and a sounding reference signal hopping, includes the following steps of: confirming a transmission time point of the SRS; setting a transmission band for transmitting the SRS; generating an SRS to be transmitted to a base station; determining an antenna index for transmitting the SRS; and transmitting the SRS to the base station by the determined antenna index. The antenna index is determined by a function based on the transmission time point, the number of the SRS transmission bands allocated to the terminal, and the setting of the SRS band.
