Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structural electrostatic atomizing apparatus capable of efficiently sterilizing, deodorizing, decomposing harmful materials and humidification, and to provide a food storing chamber provided with the electrostatic atomizing apparatus. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizing is provided with a liquid transferring part 2 of which the top end part is a discharge electrode 3, a pressurizing means 4 for supplying a liquid W to the top end part of the liquid transferring part 2 by making pressure act on the liquid W and a voltage applying part 5 applying high voltage to the discharge electrode 3. Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform coating free from a rough surface while utilizing the characteristics of airless coating by adding ultrasonic vibration to a fluid nozzle in the case of spouting a coating material in an atomization state and performing spray coating on the exterior panel of an automobile by an airless method. CONSTITUTION: A coating material is spouted in an atomization state through a fluid nozzle 12 by adding pressure to the material and spray coating is performed on the exterior panel of an automobile by an airless method. In this case, a spray gun for spray coating is constituted, so that an ultrasonic hurn 4 is provided in the fluid nozzle 12 and an ultrasonic wave oscillator 23 is connected to the ultrasonic horn 4 through wiring 22 and ultrasonic vibration is added to the fluid nozzle 12. Thereby, the atomization state of the coating material is made good and also flow rate of the material is made uniform in the central part and the wall part of the flow path in the coating material flow path 11. Thereby, the conventional nonconformity that a thick part is formed in the outside when flow rate of coating material is nonuniform is solved. A high-quality coating free from a rough surface is performed while utilizing the characteristics of airless coating.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the length of a gun for electrostatic airless spray painting as far as possible and to reduce the size by providing a paint introducing part on the side surface of a grounding handle in the rear part of a gun barrel part. CONSTITUTION:A paint introducing part 15 is provided on the side surface of a grounding handle part 3 in the rear part of a gun barrel part 2. Part of a paint pipe 13 is fixed to the root end of the part 3 by means of a binding plate 14. Thereafter the preceding end of the pipe 13 is extended toward the front of a trigger 7, is bypassed round the side of the part 2 from the bottom surface of the part 2 and is connected to the part 15 provided on the side surface of the part 3 in the rear part. Thus as compared to conventional electrostatic airless spray painting guns, the overall length of the gun is reduced while the function of the gun barrel as an insulator is maintained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the tip end of a nozzle closer to a person to be sprayed without increasing transportation power of a liquid.SOLUTION: An electrostatic sprayer (1) includes: a tank (71) accommodated in a casing (10); a nozzle (72) with a base end communicating into a tank (71); and a spray mechanism part (35), accommodated in the casing (10) and having a pressurizing source unit (40) transporting a liquid in the tank (71) to the tip end of the nozzle (72) and an application source unit (50) for output of a specific voltage applied to the liquid in the tank (71). The spray mechanism part (35) is disposed under the tank (71).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic atomizing apparatus capable of suitably generating a lot of mists by using a plurality of atomizing electrodes while controlling a generating amount of ozone. SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizing apparatus consists of a high-voltage generating circuit 1, the atomizing electrode 2 to which a high voltage generated in the high-voltage generating circuit 1 is applied, a counter electrode 3 facing the atomizing electrode 2, and a liquid supplying means for supplying a liquid to be atomized to the atomizing electrode. A plurality of atomizing electrodes 2 parallel connected is connected to the single high-voltage generating circuit 1 and a resistor R for controlling a discharging current is inserted between the high-voltage generating circuit and each atomizing electrode, respectively. The resistor R controls an interelectrode voltage between the atomizing electrode and the counter electrode to control the discharging current and controls an influence such as a difference of the distance between each atomizing electrode and the facing electrode to stabilize each static atomization from a plurality of atomization electrodes 2.
