Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for storing and dispensing compressed gas to be used for such an application as manufacturing of semiconductor products. SOLUTION: The gas storage and dispensing system (100) includes a vessel (102) for holding gas at a desired pressure. The vessel (102) has a gas pressure regulator (132) in its interior volume, to maintain pressure of dispensed gas at a desired pressure determined by a set value of the regulator (132). A second gas pressure regulator (260) may be joined in series to a first gas pressure regulator (242) to enable gas flow communications. At this time, before passing through the first gas pressure regulator (242), the dispensed gas is made to enter the second gas pressure regulator (260) first, and the pressure set value of the second gas pressure regulator (260) is set at least twice the pressure set value of the first gas pressure regulator (242). Abstract:
A container for receiving cryogenic media and/or units which are to be stored at low temperatures, having an outer shell (1) and an insulating shell (10) which is connected directly or indirectly to said outer shell (1) in a positionally stable manner and is optionally surrounded by one or more further insulating shells (10), wherein an inner shell (2) for storing cryogenic media is connected to the outer shell (1) via fastening elements (3) in a positionally stable manner. Each insulating shell (10) is of at least two-part configuration and is fastened to the outer shell (1) and/or to the inner shell (2) by positioning elements (11, 26, 27) which are independent of the fastening elements (3), wherein the insulating shell (10) is spaced apart without contact from the outer or inner shell (1,2) or from a further insulating shell (10) with the formation of a gap (15).
Abstract:
A valve with a smart handle including a memory module to log relevant data. A sensor on the handle determines when the valve is open, and this triggers the start of timers and recording of the "open" event in a log in the memory module. When the valve is closed, the sensor triggers stopping of the timers and recording of the "closed" event in the log. The timer information is used to calculate the duration of the time "open" event, and this, together with the actual date and time of the opening and closing of the valve are recorded in the log. Other relevant information, such as cylinder fill date, cylinder I.D. number, batch number, and patient name or account number may also be logged in the memory module. The log of the events and the corresponding dates and times may be used to prepare invoices for billing gas treatments, for inventory control, and for other record-keeping and control functions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing device of a gas filling container excellent in safety and operability capable of surely sanitizing and sterilizing the entire of the gas filling container without causing expansion of contamination in any operation of carrying-in, carrying-out, and transportation of the container, and to provide a method for sterilizing therefor. SOLUTION: This sterilizing device is provided with a fixing means 2 of at least one gas filling container B, a plurality of irradiation means 4a, 4b of ultraviolet rays arranged in the periphery of the fixing means 2 to irradiate the whole circumference, and a storage means 3 storing them with its entire inner surface mirror-finished. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester container for a fuel cell cartridge which is composed of a polyester resin, in which whitening of the container, especially, the port part and the bottom part, is effectively prevented and appearance characteristics are superior even in the case high-concentration methanol is housed, and in which reduction of impact resistance is effectively suppressed. SOLUTION: This is the polyester container for the cartridge to house a fuel for a fuel cell, and density change after one week of storage at 60°C of the bottom part and the port part at housing the fuel cell is 0.01 g/cm 3 or less.
