Abstract: Provided is a composite resin composition for automotive interior materials and an automotive interior material including the same. The composite resin composition comprises: 47 to 52 wt % of a polybutylene terephthalate resin; 10 to 28 wt % of a (meth)acrylate compound-conjugated diene compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer; 8 to 14 wt % of a polyethylene terephthalate resin; 0.1 to 2.2 wt % of a carboxy reactive epoxy resin; and 10 to 28 wt % of glass fiber containing SiO2, CaO, and Al2O3, wherein an SiO2 content is greater than a sum of a CaO content and an Al2O3 content. By changing conventional components, the composite resin composition for automotive interior materials provided herein has an effect of improving heat resistance, impact stability, and crystallization rate controllability, satisfying physical property balance between mechanical properties and fluidity, and providing excellent product reliability and appearance.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a polyacetal, or polyoxymethylene (POM), base composition which contains an additive package containing additives suitable for food processing applications. Polyacetal or polyoxymethylene polymers are of the class of polymers containing —CH2O-repeat units, useful for molding all different types of products and articles. Of particular advantage, POM produced according to the present disclosure may demonstrate low formaldehyde emissions, extractables, or both, when measured by standard methods without containing any formaldehyde scavenger packages.

The polyamide resin composition and the molded product formed therefrom are excellent in plating adhesion, impact resistance, stiffness, heat resistance, flowability, appearance characteristics, and the like.

Abstract: A formulation for rubber composition with reduced odor and good thermal oxidative aging-resistance and tension fatigue resistance comprising 100 parts by weight of a diene elastomer, 30 to 70 parts by weight of a reinforcing filler, 0.1 to 8 parts by weight of an antidegradant composition, and 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of a crosslinker, wherein the antidegradant composition includes a 6PPD antidegradant with a purity of equal to or greater than about 98% and an S-TMQ. The rubber composition has no added odor inhibitor/adsorbent or deodorizing additive, while by using combination of 6PPD with purity of equal to or greater than about 98% and an S-TMQ instead of traditional combination of 6PPD and a TMQ, the VOC emission of the rubber composition is effectively reduced, the odor grade is reduced, and the thermal oxidative aging-resistance and tension fatigue resistance is improved.
