Abstract: A pavement planarization apparatus is provided, which can obtain excellent flatness of the packing road surface and enables to perform planarization work easily. A pavement planarization apparatus comprises: a roller(10) which is installed to be moved while being rotated in the construction road(4) in which the pavement material(2) is poured; a roller guide(20) which is installed at the construction road side in the traveling direction of the roller, supports the roller and guides the rotation movement of the roller; and a roller supporter(30) which is combined to support the roller and is coupled with a roller guide.

Abstract: A joint structure of a road and a construction method of a joint structure of a road are provided to extend service life and to have high quality without maintenance by forming a joint by installing a wide beam such as an H-beam in the transverse direction of a road, thereby preventing the damage of a joint, and to secure pleasant trafficability and to improve in appearance by preventing noise and improving ride comfort. A joint structure comprises a lower reinforcement slab(20) installed to a base layer(2) of a road where a joint(10) is to be installed in the transverse direction and provided with reinforcing bars(21), a beam(30) installed by burying a lower flange(32) formed horizontally under the lower reinforcement slab, and a concrete slab(1) formed by placing concrete on two sides of the beam. A construction method for constructing joints to a concrete slab paved on a road at regular intervals comprises the steps of: locating a beam on a part where a joint is to be installed in the transverse direction of a road, and placing a lower reinforcement slab on a base layer of the road to make a lower flange of the beam buried to the appointed depth; installing a sheet for preventing friction among the lower reinforcement slab, the base layer of a road and the concrete slab; installing an elastic member(50) between the end of the concrete slab and the beam; forming a concrete slab by placing concrete on two sides of the beam; and installing a sealing member(60) on a connection of two ends of an upper flange(31) of the beam and the concrete slab.

A repair method for a joint of a road pavement comprises the steps of: setting up the cutting width on two sides of a damaged joint; setting up the cutting thickness on the lower part of the damaged joint; crushing a road pavement according to the set cutting width and cutting thickness; cutting the crushed road pavement by spraying high pressure water using a high pressure water sprinkler(100) having a spray nozzle; cleaning the cutting surface by the high pressure water; placing concrete on the cleaned surface; and finishing the surface of the concrete to make the surface of the concrete level with the existing pavement.

Abstract: An apparatus for measuring autogenous shrinkage of concrete is provided to measure the autogenous shrinkage by the variation of the probe of a measuring instrument, resulting in deeper analysis of the concrete characteristic. The shrinkage measuring instrument measures autogenous shrinkage of concrete by the variation of the probe. A part of the measuring assistant member is buried in the concrete and the other part is exposed through the measuring instrument insertion hole to be in contact with the shrinkage measuring instrument.
