PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide land side facilities for a polymer pellet carrier and a carrying barge, capable of simultaneously and efficiently transporting a large quantity of many kinds of polymer pellets without mixing them.SOLUTION: Land side facilities for a polymer pellet carrier and a carrying barge includes: land side cargo silos for storing polymer pellets P stored in cargo holds 10 of the polymer pellet carrier 1 or the carrying barge; a land side cargo unloading line 120 for receiving the polymer pellets P from cargo unloading lines 42, 42P and 42S of the polymer pellet carrier 1 or the carrying barge in unloading cargoes; a land side air supply line 130 for supplying cargo unloading compressed air A to a cargo unloading air supply line 51 of the polymer pellet carrier 1 or the carrying barge in unloading the cargoes; and a land side compressed air-generating device for supplying the cargo unloading air A to the land side air supply line 130.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolving device of powder or granular body which can dissolve powder entirely in a short period of time, which causes little failure and realizes easy maintenance, and which exhibits high convenience when used for dissolving a combustion improver in a fuel oil at ships.SOLUTION: A dissolving device includes a dissolving tank 10 which has a rectangular cross-section and an inclined bottom face, and which stores a solution, a powder or granular body storing unit 12 and a valve member 13 provided on an opening of the dissolving tank, a plurality of first jetting nozzles 15 which are provided near the opening in the dissolving tank and which form a jetting stream in an obliquely downward direction, a plurality of second jetting nozzles 16 which are provided at a lower portion in the dissolving tank and which form a jetting stream at least along the bottom face of the dissolving tank, and a circulating and pressurizing unit 20 which pressurizes a liquid inside the dissolving tank and supply the liquid to the plurality of first jetting nozzles and the plurality of second jetting nozzles.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic field generation sheet and an electrostatic field generation container for transporting goods under a state in which the goods are placed in an electrostatic field atmosphere where an electrostatic field is generated.SOLUTION: An electrostatic field generation sheet 1 is laid on the floor of a container for transportation and generates an electrostatic field in the container. With an aluminum sheet SH, there are provided holes HL for effectively generating the electrostatic field and terminals T for connecting with a power source. In order to electrically insulate between the floor surface of the container and aluminum sheet SH, insulating varnish is applied on the rear face of the aluminum sheet SH.
