Abstract: PURPOSE: A road repairing material and a manufacturing method thereof using waste asphalt-concrete aggregates are provided to produce a uniform quality of the road repairing material free from deterioration by heat, thereby improving the usability of the waste asphalt-concrete aggregates which are recycled. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a road repairing material using waste asphalt-concrete aggregates includes; a step of selecting recycled aggregates of which the sizes are less than 19mm among the crushed waste asphalt-concrete aggregates; a step of drying and managing the recycled aggregates so that water content in the recycled aggregates is within 2 wt%; a step of coating the surface of the recycled aggregates with emulsified asphalt, and then with cement; and a step of mixing the recycled aggregates with an injected filler and additive, injecting a mixture of the recycled aggregates, the filler, and the additive into an indirect heat mixer, and then heating the mixture.
