Abstract: 본 발명은 상판의 하부에 설치되어 상판의 핑거부의 틈새로 유입된 우수 및 이물질을 수거하는 고무씰 부재의 상면에 설치되어 고무씰 부재를 햇빛의 자외선 및 차량으로부터 나오는 유제로부터 보호함으로써 고무씰 부재의 열화를 방지하고, 고무씰 부재의 수명을 대폭 연장하여 빈번한 보수에 따른 비용을 절감하고, 교통체증 유발 억제 및 2차 간접비용 발생을 방지할 수 있는 신축이음장치의 고무씰 보호부재를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 신축이음장치의 고무씰 보호부재는 교량이나 고가도로 등의 분할된 상판부의 대면하는 양단부에 상호 맞물림 결합하도록 각각 설치되는 핑거형 상판과; 상기 상판의 하부에 설치되어 상판을 접촉 지지하는 하판과; 상기 상판 및 하판을 관통하여 상판을 하판에 고정해주는 볼트와; 상기 하판을 후타 콘크리트에 고정하도록 설치되는 앵커볼트; 및 상기 하판의 양측 수평면부에 그 단부가 각각 설치되며, 상기 상판의 핑거부의 틈새로 유입된 우수 및 이물질의 수거를 위한 고무씰 부재가 구비되는 신축이음장치에 있어서,
상기 고무씰 부재에 조사되는 자외선을 차단하는 한편 차량에서 나오는 유제로부터 고무씰 부재를 보호하기 위한 고무판 보호부재가 설치되며, 상기 고무씰 보호부재는 동판, 알루미늄판, 스테인리스 스틸판, FRP판 중의 어느 하나로 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: An expansion joint device having a rubber plate protective member is provided to fix upper plates more stably and to resist external force such as earthquake or wind and a variation of temperature by improving the structure of finger type upper plates to be movable vertically and horizontally, and to prevent the deterioration of a rubber plate member and to extend the service life of a rubber plate member by protecting a rubber plate member using a rubber plate protective member. An expansion joint device contains finger type upper plates(310a,310b) installed to both ends of the split floor slab of a bridge or an overhead road to engage with each other, lower plates(320a,320b) installed on the lower parts of the upper plates and provided with a key having projections to cut off the inflow of rainwater and to disperse load and a horizontal plane to support the upper plates, bolts(331) fixing the upper plates to the lower plates, anchor bolts(340) fixing the lower plates to post-placed concrete(360) and installed vertically or slantingly on the lower part of the horizontal planes of the lower plates to be adjustable in height according to site conditions; a rubber plate member(350) installed on the horizontal planes of the lower plates to remove rainwater and impurities flew in a gap of a finger of the upper plates, and a rubber plate protective member(355) installed closely to the top of the rubber plate member to protect the rubber plate member from ultraviolet rays and grease from vehicles.
