Abstract: PURPOSE: A contaminated coolant in a machine tools is filtered, and a clean coolant of a high pressure is supplied continuously to improve lifespan of machine tools. CONSTITUTION: A coolant supplying device comprises a head portion(1), a hose pipe portion(3), and a body portion(2). The head portion is composed of an inlet(290) in upper part of a filter bowl(120) to introduce coolant, and a filter housing(130) having a filter(160) to filter foreign material, an outlet(300) to discharge coolant. The hose pipe portion has a pressure switch(60) to transmit electrical signal to a controller to maintain a regular pressure of coolant. The body portion is positioned in lower side of the head portion and the hose pipe portion, and introduces the filtered coolant to a coolant pump for discharging coolant by an electrical motor.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oscillator of ultrasonic wave linear motor is provided to improve an efficiency of an ultrasonic wave linear motor by increasing an oscillation of an oscillating body in a moving direction of a slide under a low current and a low voltage. CONSTITUTION: An oscillating body(101) which is formed in length direction is combined with a plurality of leg unit(105). A leading phase frequency and a lagging phase frequency are permitted with a 90 degree difference in correspondence with each other to a twin of piezoelectric ceramics(102) which are adhered to the oscillating body(101) in correspondence with each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A LOA(linear oscillatory actuator) with magnet partition arrangement is provided to reduce cost by optimizing shapes of a core or a coil, and supply reliable products by accomplishing small displacement reciprocation of a movable element. CONSTITUTION: A LOA comprises a cylinder core(114), a bobbin(116), a moving element(119), a cylindrical permanent magnet(120), and a reciprocation shaft(122). The cylinder core(114) is formed by one or more separated ones and has an inner diameter. The bobbin(116) is formed as a cylinder to be inserted and attached to the cylinder core(114), and has a coil accepting part for accepting a wound coil. The moving element(119) is inserted into the bobbin(116) with a gap, and has mounting grooves at the outer surface corresponding to the bobbin(116). The cylindrical permanent magnet(120) is adhered to the mounting groove(118) on the outer surface of the moving element(119). The reciprocation shaft(122) is inserted into a guide hole(111) of a bracket(112) coupled to a fixing rod of the cylinder core(114), and reciprocates depending on AC current flowing through the coil(109).
