본 발명은 파이프와 같이 비교적 직경이 가늘고 긴 재료를 절단하고 절단면을 면취하는 작업을 동시에 수행할 수 있게 하는 것에 관한 것으로, 절단할 재료를 고정하고 재료의 주위를 회전하는 절단용 바이트와 면취용 바이트가 각각 구비되며, 절단할 재료는 클램프 피스톤에 의하여 작동하는 콜릿으로 고정 및 해제할 수 있게 하고 바이트의 이송은 고정된 시프팅 피스톤에 의하여 절단할 재료와 나란한 방향으로 전ㆍ후진하는 작동방향을 캠플로워에 의하여 회전부에 전달하며 회전부에 구비된 일정한 각도로 경사진 무빙슬라이드에 의하여 절단할 재료와 직각방향으로 이송방향을 변환할 수 있게 한것을 특징으로 한다. 파이프, 커팅, 절단, 면취, 슬라이딩

본 발명은 열교환 튜브의 확관 작업시 튜브의 개구부와 U자형 굴곡부를 파지 고정하여 확관에 따른 길이 방향의 수축을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것으로 원통형 파이프 형상의 콜릿척에 다수의 슬릿을 길이방향으로 길게 연장하고 콜릿척 내부에 튜브의 개구부를 삽입하여 확관된 튜브를 콜릿척으로 파지하고 콜릿척의 외주를 따라 슬라이딩 가능하게 구비된 슬리브로 콜릿척의 슬릿이 벌어지지 않토록 고정하며 U자형 굴곡부는 굴곡부를 수용하는 U자형 플레이트와 수용된 U자형 플레이트를 파지하는 튜브집게로 위치 고정하여 열교환 튜브의 상ㆍ하를 고정한 상태에서 확관작업을 실시하는 것이 특징이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A controller for using a servo system is provided to design the servo amplifier by using IGBT to drive the BLDC motor. CONSTITUTION: A controller for using a servo system includes a BLDC motor and TMS320C6701. The BLDC motor is utilized as an actuator and the TMS320C6701 is served as a controller board. In the controller, the dynamic model of the DLCD motor is settled to verify the controller of the servo system by the simulation.

PURPOSE: A power supply stabilization apparatus of a precision processing machine using a micro SMES is provided to supply stably power a sensible and important load by compensating power loss due to flicker, voltage sag, and voltage swell and supplying stably the power. CONSTITUTION: A power supply stabilization apparatus of a precision processing machine using a micro SMES is characterized in that power is stably supplied to a sensible and important load. A micro SMES is used for compensating power loss due to power interruption.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An interface board for interfacing a PCI(Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus and a motion board on PC-NC(Personal Computer Based Numerical Control) is provided to design/make a motion card using a PCI bus interface in order to enhance speed performance on interface between the motion board and a PC. CONSTITUTION: For a motion controller, DSP320C33 is used as a CPU, an external memory is extended, and an encoder signal is received. A dual port RAM is used for exchanging data with the PC, which is a main controller. The PC and the motion controller are interfaced with the PCI, and interface details are stored in an FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Arrays).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system for securing cutting force of a water jet cutting system is provided to analyze effects influenced on flux conditions of a nozzle by analyzing relation between pressure distribution of the system and pump pressure. CONSTITUTION: Friction and shape loss of pipe lines are analyzed by a characteristic curve method formed by using a mass conservation equation and a momentum conservation equation of the flow. As a result, a system for securing cutting force of a water jet cutting system estimates the effect for both pipe elements and the degree of pressure drop changed according to the time, analyzes excessive pressure change formed by an operation condition such as the opening and closing of a valve, and accordingly provides reference pressure of a design to keep structural integrity of the whole system.

PURPOSE: A parallel-type machining tool for machining composite shapes is provided to execute correction work by regulating freely the height of a constrained plane and examining observability of a constrained movement by one or three digital indicators and one constrained surface and to search an optimal correction shape for maximizing independence of a line vector by using QR-decomposition. CONSTITUTION: In a parallel-type machining tool for machining composite shapes, observability is examined according to constrained movement and an optimal correction shape is discovered. A non-observable variable is estimated and the coordinate system is found out. Plane constraining movement uses one or three digital indicators and one constrained plane. The optimal correction shape maximizes independence of a line vector by QR-decomposing an observation matrix. The number of observable variables is provided from a rank of the observation matrix. A value for indicating independence of the line vector is defined and minimized to examine observability according to a constraint variable.

PURPOSE: A high precision machining CNC lathe based on vibration characteristic is provided to define the effect of machining precision according to balance compensation of a spindle for improving surface roughness of workpieces and to examine the influence according to the characteristic of a sub motor of a feeding system in cutting. CONSTITUTION: In a high precision machining CNC lathe based on vibration characteristic, unbalance is controlled below 1.5g by a precision balance test of a spindle. The characteristic of a sub motor in cutting is used for diagnosing machining defects. The basis for dynamic analysis is formed with modeling the spindle by an analysis program using finite element method. The optimal lubrication of a bearing is output by a test and the improved characteristic of thermal deformation of the spindle. The proper pause time is calculated by changing the load rate of a feeding shaft in non-cutting. An operation condition is stabilized.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A high speed machining method is provided to develop a test sample for showing performance of a high speed machine and to estimate the influence of cutting depth, feeding speed, and RPM of a main shaft on surface roughness and machining error by using steel. CONSTITUTION: For a steel machining test of a high speed machine, the influence of surface roughness and a Z-axis machining error is analyzed by two-way layouts with changing cutting depth, feeding speed, and RPM of a main shaft. As a result, the cutting depth, feeding speed, and RPM of the main shaft have no effect on the Z-axis machining error. The influence of each factor is decreased for surface roughness less than aluminum machining. Wear of tools caused by machining heat-resisting low alloy steel has a great effect on each factor. The cutting force is related closely to the surface roughness. Favorable surface roughness is obtained by reducing the cutting force.

PURPOSE: A LOA(linear oscillatory actuator) with magnet partition arrangement is provided to reduce cost by optimizing shapes of a core or a coil, and supply reliable products by accomplishing small displacement reciprocation of a movable element. CONSTITUTION: A LOA comprises a cylinder core(114), a bobbin(116), a moving element(119), a cylindrical permanent magnet(120), and a reciprocation shaft(122). The cylinder core(114) is formed by one or more separated ones and has an inner diameter. The bobbin(116) is formed as a cylinder to be inserted and attached to the cylinder core(114), and has a coil accepting part for accepting a wound coil. The moving element(119) is inserted into the bobbin(116) with a gap, and has mounting grooves at the outer surface corresponding to the bobbin(116). The cylindrical permanent magnet(120) is adhered to the mounting groove(118) on the outer surface of the moving element(119). The reciprocation shaft(122) is inserted into a guide hole(111) of a bracket(112) coupled to a fixing rod of the cylinder core(114), and reciprocates depending on AC current flowing through the coil(109).
