Abstract: The invention regards a device for reconstituting a bioactive agent and forming a flowable paste, the device comprising: —a base configured for receiving: —a first container containing a liquid, and —a second container containing the bioactive agent, —a syringe containing a paste forming material, the syringe being attachable to the base, wherein the base has a first conduit for fluidly connecting the first container with the second container and a second conduit for fluidly connecting the second container with the syringe, and wherein the first container is configured to be pressurizable such that when the first and second containers are received at the base, the liquid is forced through the first conduit into the second container, thereby reconstituting the bioactive agent, and the reconstituted bioactive agent is forced through the second conduit into the syringe, such that a paste is formed.

Abstract: An applicator device for applying an agent to a target site with a malleable tip that can be cut to length with a pair of nursing dressing scissors or similar type of scissors and a malleable tip with a formable tube that that can be cut to length with a pair of nursing dressing scissors or similar type of scissors. The malleable tip is configured for passage of fluid therethrough and includes a malleable member.
