Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide processed foods of fishes and shellfishes hard to be soften or requiring a long time even acting enzymatic reaction with a decomposition enzyme introduced inside by pressure treatment, keeping form, color, scent and nutrient components of the fishes and shellfishes but soft, having good releasability of fish meat from bone and of shellfish meat from the shell, and capable of efficiently produced within a short time; and to provide processed foods which can be eaten by the elderly having difficulty in deglutition and chewing, with recognizing what the foods to be eaten are and with satisfactory. SOLUTION: The processed foods are obtained by passing through a freezing and defrosting step in which unheated fishes and shellfishes are frozen and then defrosted, a pressure treatment step in which the decomposition enzyme contacted on the surface is uniformly contained inside the fishes and shellfishes by pressure treatment, an enzymolysis step in which the enzyme substrate is decomposed by action of the decomposition enzyme, and an enzyme inactivation step in which the decomposition enzyme is deactivated, wherein, the processed foods are obtained by passed through a protein denaturation step before the freezing and defrosting step or immediately after the enzymolysis step, in which protein denaturation step proteins of the unheated fishes and shellfishes are mildly heat-denaturalized in the presence of water. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary agent for cooking care food with which care food improved in softness, taste, flavor and appearance, and improved in the satisfaction rating of deliciousness visually felt, and adjusted to have desired flexibility is easily, safely and sanitarily cooked without complicated operation nor sophisticated knowledge about catabolic enzyme, also is easily cooked without taking high costs even when using various kinds or a small amount of the care food, and is suitable for cooking the care food in home, a small scale hospital, care facilities and the like; and to provide utensils for cooking care food. SOLUTION: The auxiliary agent for cooking care food is introduced in the inner part of food raw material via pressurization, and is used for cooking softened care food while keeping the shape of the food raw material. The auxiliary agent contains catabolic enzyme, seasoning, and substance readily soluble in water, has powdered, granulated, frozen dried, tablet or capsule shaped, liquefied or ice state, and is easily soluble in water. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish the high-specific gravity/high-precision of a plastic product by compounding a plastic( matrix resin material ) with surface-treated ceramic fine powder as filler, and also improve the mechanical properties including strength/impact/breaking strain of the plastic product by imparting the plastic with a silane coupling agent and a functional resin. SOLUTION: A method for producing ceramic-compounded plastic pellets is provided, comprising carrying out in an one-path way a compounding operation including the dynamic surface treatment of ceramic fine powder using an extruder followed by pelletization. Specifically, this method comprises the following process: The extruder is quantitatively fed with the matrix resin material 3( and the functional resin 5 ) and the ceramic fine powder 4 coated or stuck with the silane coupling agent, the matrix resin material 3( and the functional resin 5 ) and the ceramic fine powder 4 are compounded together by promoting the dynamic surface treatment while undergoing a screw 1 conveyance under melt heating, the resulting melt 7 is extruded linearly and quenched to solidification, and then cut in the linear direction into the objective pellets 10. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical cultivation technology under facilities for Lyophyllum decastes, using corn flour-containing mixed medium containing totally no wheat or synthetic medium. SOLUTION: The objective artificial cultivation method for Lyophyllum decastes comprises preparing mixed medium containing at least corn flour and sawdust of broadleaf trees, inoculating the hypha of Lyophyllum decastes to the mixed medium in a moist condition and culturing the resultant product at =10 volume % and the water content of the mixed medium put in the moist condition is 50-80 wt.%. This method enables Lyophyllum decastes to be produced at low cost.

SOLUTION: This hydrogen occluding laminated structure 1 is provided with a hydrogen occluding layer 2 composed of Mg or an Mg based hydrogen occluding alloy whose structure is made into the nano one and a pair of hydrogen transferring layers 3, 3 laminated on both surfaces of the hydrogen occluding layer 2 so as to hold the same, respectively giving catalytic effect capable of dissociating gaseous hydrogen into an atomic state, also diffusing the dissociated hydrogen atoms over the insides and transferring the hydrogen atoms into/ from the hydrogen occluding layer 2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve controllability so that one driving source moves a plurality of fingers to an object to be gripped including a different diameter material and the robot hand performs a behavior similar to an gripping operation of a living body. SOLUTION: This multi-fingered movable robot hand comprises two or more fingers (the little finger 12, the third finger 14, the middle finger 18, the forefinger 20) arranged in parallel having joints, the other finger (the thumb 30) disposed facing to these fingers, and flexible members (wires 11, 13, 17, 19, 21, 22) for being pulled to bend joints of two or more fingers. For contacting two or more fingers and one finger with the object W to be gripped including the different diameter material to allow the gripping operation, power generated from one driving source 1 is transmitted to two or more flexible members via one or more differential gears 4, 7, 8, and each flexible member is pulled. Thus, a gripping force is generated in two or more fingers.

PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of dust and to separate and recover a fine powder by providing feed rollers, diamond cutting wheels and heads fitted with cutting blades on the way within a base stand main body and cutting a work by a rotary hammer to separately recover an FRP fine powder and FRP chips by recovery means. CONSTITUTION:An introducing table 3 is provided on one side of a base stand main body 2 and a work 1 is sent to the table 3 to be fed by feed rollers 5-8 and advanced along a guide 10 to be cut into a short strip shape by diamond cutting wheels 9.... Thereafter, the cut pieces are guided to a rotary hammer 13 having three heads 45 fitted with cutting blades laterally cutting the pieces of an FRP panel and subjected to impact fracture to be processed into FRP chips. PURPOSE:To suitably harden the surface of soft metal by arranging both soft metal and metal which has affinity with nitrogen and forms two or more forms of nitride side by side in a closed vessel and generating cathodic glow discharge of both metals. CONSTITUTION:For example, regarding aluminum material being soft metal, it is necessary from the viewpoint of surface hardening of Al that N atoms in a nitride layer deposited on the surface are diffused to the inside of material to be treated. Therefor the nitride of an element which has affinity with nitrogen and forms two or more forms of nitride is deposited on the surface of Al. Furthermore nitride can be freshly deposited on the surface of the material to be treated by diffusing N atoms to the inside by decomposition of the nitride of the above element. Thereby nitride and/or oxynitride of metal of the latter can be formed on the surface of Al being soft metal by generating cathodic glow discharge of both metals in the same region.

PURPOSE:To obtain seedlings at a uniform interval therebetween by feeding rice seeds to the back of a chute having grooves for arranging the rice seeds and carrying out arranged sowing of the rice seeds with embryo buds in the direction to face forward from the tip of the chute. CONSTITUTION:A chute 14 having grooves (14a) for arranging rice seeds 11 is tilted and simultaneously vibrated. The rice seeds are arranged in the direction so as to direct embryo buds (11a) forward without catching setae (11b) of the rice seeds with the chute surface in slipping down along the tilted grooves. The rice seeds are arranged in the direction to face the embryo buds (11a) forward. Thereby, the rice seeds in the direction to face the embryo buds forward are subjected to arranged sowing from the tip of the chute.
