Abstract:
A conveyor for transporting products, in particular in dusty environments, especially in tissue paper processing installations, comprises one or more conveyor belts in particular of a mobile type, for transporting the product between one or more pickup and/or release points, comprises a mounting frame for the respective conveyor belt which comprises a respective frame for supporting an endless band which transports the product and which runs on corresponding guide and slide means. The conveyor comprises band sliding means (15a, 15b) which can be moved between a normal position where the band is engaged and retained and a position where the selfsame band is disengaged.
Abstract:
A conveyor (10) for transporting products (11), preferably in the form of rolls or packs of material for household or personal use, comprises a mounting frame (12) for one or more product feed lanes (13), each lane being defined by a respective conveyor belt (14), preferably of the type with articulated links (14'), which extends along a respective path, and by means for centring the products on the conveyor belt (14) and comprising respective first and second lateral guides (16a, 16b) which are spaced from each other transversely to the direction of extension of the conveyor belt in order to define a track having a respective width. Means for adjusting the distance between the guides are provided which comprise a first transversal support and movement member (18a) for the corresponding lateral guide (16a) of the lane, and a second transversal support and movement member (18b) for the other lateral guide (16b) of the lane. Also provided is a respective transversal member (22) for supporting the first and second support and movement members (18a, 18b) and defining means for fastening to the conveyor frame.
Abstract:
A conveyor (10) of the type with articulated links (12) comprises means (11) for supporting and guiding an endless conveyor belt (13) which has an upper, product feed stretch and a lower, return stretch. Each link comprises a portion (14) for supporting the product and which, at the front and rear transversal edges of it (23a, 23b), has longitudinal protrusions on it, being transversely outer protrusions (26, 28; 34, 36) and transversely inner protrusions (24; 30, 32) relative to each other. The longitudinal protrusions are designed to be inserted into matching recesses in the adjacent links and laterally delimit matching recesses on them, being transversely outer recesses (27, 29; 35, 37) and transversely inner recesses (25; 31, 33), respectively, for receiving matching protrusions on the adjacent links. The outer recesses (35, 37) on the front edge (23a) of the link have respective transversal end faces (35a, 37a) which are longitudinally next to or in front of the respective end faces (31a, 33a) of the central recesses (31, 33), whilst the outer recesses (27, 29) on the rear edge (23b) of the link, have respective transversal end faces (27a, 29a) which are longitudinally behind the end face (25a) of the central recess (25).
Abstract:
An apparatus (10) for orienting articles, in particular articles in the form of single packaged rolls (11) or a plurality of packaged rolls aligned with each other, especially in the form of rolls of paper for bathroom use or for drying and cleaning in general. The apparatus comprises article (11) conveying and supporting means (12, 14) that have an upstream end (10a) for receiving the articles (11) from a machine that packages or wraps the articles in a respective film individually or in aligned groups, and a downstream end (10b) for transferring the articles (11) in particular to a bagging machine that places a plurality of articles (11), packaged in a respective film, in an overwrapping bag. The apparatus also comprises conveying and supporting t means (12, 14) which constitute means for turning the articles (11).
Abstract:
A device (10) for gripping or grasping products, said products being in particular in the form of packages, in a preferred manner defined by a corresponding envelope, for example made of a plastic film, or a paper sheet, or other, or made of cardboard which wraps or contains one or more articles; in particular said articles being articles of the so-called Tissue field and preferably being made of paper material or other material, such as woven fabric or non-woven fabric, and preferentially being in the form of rolls, in particular rolls of toilet paper, of kitchen paper or for another use, or rolls for the treatment of food products, such as rolls of aluminium foil, plastic film, wax paper film, and the like, i.e., said articles being in the form of packaging, in particular packs, packets or other containers, in particular for napkins, handkerchiefs, small towels for hands and face, hand towels, bed sheets, and other. The device comprises supporting means (12) for means (14) for engaging and holding by suctioning the respective product. Said means (14) for engaging and holding by suctioning the respective product define a first (141) and a second (142) surfaces for engaging and holding by suctioning the same product, in particular angularly spaced apart, preferably angularly spaced by an angle equal to, or substantially equal to, 90°.
Abstract:
A conveyor for transporting a product, the product being preferably in the form of respective articles, in particular articles of the tissue industry, including a means for supporting and guiding an endless conveyor belt, especially one of the type with articulated links, the belt including at least one respective positive stretch, in particular for transporting the product, and preferably a return stretch, if necessary positioned under the respective longitudinal transporting stretch; and means for driving the conveyor belt and including a means for engaging the respective link of the conveyor belt and, more specifically, means which are adapted to engage a rear-facing surface of the respective conveyor belt link, the means for engaging and driving the conveyor belt being adapted to engage a respective longitudinal stretch, preferably rectilinear, of the conveyor belt itself.
Abstract:
Described is an apparatus for conveying a product, such as articles of the tissue sector in the form of rolls or packages.
