본발명의서열번호 1의 miRNA는 has-miR-1248의모방체로서, has-miR-1248의발현에대한촉진제로사용되어색소형성유전자인티로시나아제, 티로시나아제관련단백질 1, 멜란-A의발현을억제하여피부미백효과를제공할수 있으며, 서열번호 2의 miRNA는상기서열번호 1의 miRNA에대한안티센스핵산분자로서 has-miR-1248의발현에대한억제제로사용되어색소형성유전자인티로시나아제, 티로시나아제관련단백질 1, 멜란-A의발현을촉진시켜백모방지또는흑모생성효능을제공할수 있다. 또한, 본발명의서열번호 1의 miRNA는 has-miR-1248의발현에대한촉진제로사용되어진피세포재생조절유전자인트로포미오신 3과아그레칸의발현을억제하여우수한진피세포재생효과를제공할수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for screening a material which regulates skin pigmentation is provided to screen a material for regulating skin pigmentation, and to effectively treat hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation by regulating intracellular and intercellular signal transduction faction and transcription factor. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening a material which regulates skin pigmentation comprises: a step of treating one or more gene selected from the group consisting of IFN gamma, IL4, IL17, IL6, STAT3, STAT6, JAK1, JAK2, and JAK3 with a candidate material; and a step of selecting a candidate material which enhances or reduces gene expression as a material which regulates skin pigmentation. A candidate material which enhances gene expression is selected as a useful material which possibly suppresses pigmentation. A candidate material which reduces gene expression is selected as a useful material which possibly enhances skin pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a three dimensional matrix contains each 0.001-30wt% of collagen IV, liminin, nidogen, and proteoglycan in a proportion. The three dimensional matrix includes a matrix for suppressing cell division or cell dedifferentiation. The cell is human pigmentary skin cells. The three dimensional matrix is prepared using the composition.

A cosmetic composition is provided to improve the skin winkle without the side effect by producing procollagen and by inhibiting MMP-1. A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-10 wt% of a biflavonoid derivative as an active ingredient. Preferably the biflavonoid derivative is extracted from Selaginella tamariscina, Ginkgo biloba, Cephalotaxus koreana, Nandina domestica, and Lonicera japonica. Preferably the biflavonoid derivative is represented by the formulas 1 to 7.
