Abstract: PURPOSE: An end to side tubular anastomotic device and an end to side tubular anastomotic method are provided to anastomose a tubular organ by including a tubular ring. CONSTITUTION: A guide tube(10) has a path extended along a longitudinal direction from the front. A moving ring(20) surrounds the outside of the guide tube and moves along the longitudinal direction of the guide tube. A first pressing ring moves to the moving ring along the longitudinal direction of the guide tube and fixes one side of a first path outside the moving ring by being exposed to the outside of the guide tube through the opening of the guide tube. A piston pressurizes an anastomotic ring formed outside the guide tube to the front. A plurality of moving sliders(54) is switched from a first position to a second position. A guide groove to guide the deformation of the fixing pin formed on the anastomotic ring is formed on the rear.
