본 발명은 인삼이 성장할 수 있는 상토가 구비되는 트레이가 서로 인접하도록 배치되는 수용부; 상기 트레이에 투과되는 광량을 줄이기 위하여 상부에 설치되는 제 1차단막와 광량을 조절하기 위하여 제 1차단막의 단부에서 하방으로 길이조절이 가능한 블라인드 형식의 제 2차단막 및 제1 차단막을 지지하기 위한 지주대를 포함하는 차광부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연중 간이 인삼 재배장치에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 인삼 묘삼 생산용 상토 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 상토 조성물을 사용하여 묘삼을 생산하면 규격화된 우량 묘삼을 생산 할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한 인삼과 관련하여 묘삼 재배 시 발생할 수 있는 각종 병충해의 예방 효과가 우수한 상토 조성물이다. 그러므로 본 발명에 따른 상토 조성물을 활용하여 묘삼을 재배하게 되면 품질이 우수한 인삼의 제공이 가능하고, 이를 통해 인삼 농가의 수입 증대에 기여할 수 있다.

본 발명은 실시간 PCR 분석법에 의한 인삼 품종과 관련된 DNA 단편을 특이적으로 증폭하기 위한 프라이머 및 프로브 세트에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 인삼 품종 판별과 관련된 DNA의 특이적 증폭 결과를 실시간 PCR 분석법에 의해 정량적으로 측정하는데 사용 가능한 유전자별 특이 프라이머와 프로브 세트에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A variety-specific primer and a probe set for quantitation by real-time PCR are provided to quickly and accurately amplify a specific base sequence of DNA by real-time PCR, to quantitate the amplified sequence, and to definitely determine five varieties of ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A gene expression analysis set for determining the variety of ginseng contains: a primer set containing base sequences of sequence numbers 9 and 10; a probe with a base sequence of sequence number 11, labeled with VIC; and a probe with a base sequence of sequence number 12, labeled with FAM. The variety of ginseng includes Chunpoong, Yunpoong, Gopoong, Kumpoong, or Sunpoong. A method for quantitation by real-time PCR comprises the step of quantitating a gene of ginseng variety by real-time PCR using the gene expression analysis set.

PURPOSE: A method for determining a STS(sequence tagged site) nucleic acid marker is provided to simply distinguish ginseng kind by genetic pattern. CONSTITUTION: A STS primer set for determining ginseng kind contains: an oligonucleotide primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2; an oligonucleotide primer set of sequence numbers 3 and 4; an oligonucleotide primer set of sequence numbers 5 and 6; or an oligonucleotide primer set of sequence numbers 7 and 8. The ginseng kind is Chunpoong, Yunpoong, Gopoong, Kumpoong, Sunpoong, or Sunwon. The STS primer set is derived from Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer. A kit for determining the ginseng kind contains the primer set, and reagent for amplification. A method for determining the ginseng kind comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from a ginseng sample; a step of amplifying a target sequence using the primer set by amplification; and a step of detecting amplified products.
