본발명은고려인삼천량품종판별용프라이머세트및 이의용도에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는인삼신품종인천량판별용프라이머세트를이용하면천량품종을타품종으로부터효과적으로구별할수 있으므로, 천량의육종자원선발효율증진및 타품종유입을제거하는데유용하게활용될수 있다. 또한, 본원발명의천량품종판별방법을이용하여, 산업체에서는품종과원산지보증된원재료를사용하여신뢰할수 있는제품을만들수 있어, 국내산을선호하는소비자의신뢰도향상에도기여할수 있다.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A PNA probe for determining the variety of ginseng and a biochip containing the same are provided to determine the variety of ginseng on the basis of molecular biology, thereby scientifically verifying Panax ginseng which is morphologically hard to distinguish from Panax quinquefolium. CONSTITUTION: A PNA probe corresponding to sequence number 9 for determining the variety of ginseng is provided. A biochip contains the PNA probe for determining the variety of ginseng. Identification set 3 contains the PNA probe for determining the variety of ginseng. The biochip contains two or more identification sets selected among: identification set 1 containing PNA probe 1 and PNA probe 2 which correspond to sequence numbers 1 and 2, respectively; identification set 2 containing PNA probe 3, PNA probe 4, and PNA probe 5 which correspond to sequence numbers 3, 4, and 5, respectively; identification set 3 containing PNA probe 6 and PNA probe 7 which correspond to sequence numbers 6 and 7; identification set 4 containing PNA probe 8 which corresponds to sequence number 8; and identification set 5 containing PNA probe 9 corresponding to sequence number 9. Abstract:
An analysis method of the density of ginseng tissues through near infrared spectroscopy is provided to improve measuring accuracy and shorten measurement time by measuring density of the ginseng tissues through near infrared ray of 932~974nm range. An analysis method of the density of ginseng tissues through near infrared spectroscopy comprises: a step of calculating experimental value data by measuring tissue hardness to a plurality of ginsengs; a step of collecting spectrum which is reflected by irradiating the near infrared ray on a plurality of ginsengs; a step of calculating the standard measuring formula by analyzing the experimental value data and the collected spectrum with multi-variate regression; and a step of substituting the standard measuring formula for the ginseng reflectance spectrum of the experimental value and verifying the standard measuring formula. The near infrared ray is the range of 932~974nm.
