Abstract: PURPOSE: A compound is provided to improve luminous efficiency of an organic electroluminescence device, to decrease driving voltage, and to improve lifetime and stability. CONSTITUTION: A compound is in chemical formula 1. An organic electroluminescence device consists of a first electrode, one or more organic material layers and a second electrode which are laminated in order. The organic material layer is one of a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer. The light-emitting layer comprises the compound as an electroluminescent host material. At least one or more of the hole injection layer or the hole transport layer comprises the compound.
