According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for estimating a location of a user terminal using the difference between true north and magnetic north and a user terminal thereof are provided. The estimation of a location of a user terminal on a magnetic field map can be achieved by using a difference between true north and magnetic north corresponding to each location of the magnetic field map.

Disclosed is a mobile terminal for estimating a location using a particle filter generated based on a 3D magnetic field map. The mobile terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: a magnetic field sensor which measures a magnetic field value in the location of the mobile terminal; a memory which stores first magnetic field maps corresponding to N heights; a magnetic field map drawing unit which draws second magnetic field maps corresponding to M heights, wherein M is larger than N; and a location determining unit which determines the location of the mobile terminal based on the magnetic field value and the second magnetic field maps.

A system and a method for assigning a radio resource by using an unlicensed band in order to increase the capacity of a communication system are provided to prevent the degradation of the communications system by allocating the usable unlicensed band to the mobile terminal. A radio resource recognition unit(210) recognizes an unlicensed band capable of using licensed band. A state information generation unit(220) determines whether the paper in which the mobile terminal is satisfied with the service product specifications based on the signal-to-interference ratio and signal-to-noise ratio of the mobile terminal. The state information generator determines the mobile terminal in the unlicensed band. The state information generator produces the status information based on the decision result. A radio resource assignment unit(230) assigns one of the usable licensed band or the usable unlicensed band to the radio resource for the mobile terminal based on the status information.

A method of forwarding/sharing a service and a device thereof are provided to transfer a service to a target terminal without stopping the service or share the service with the target terminal, thereby improving satisfaction of a user. A terminal device comprises a service receiving unit(210), a connection performing unit(220) and a service transfer unit(230). The service receiving unit receives a data service from a service providing device. The connection performing unit performs connection with a target terminal. A method and an apparatus for reducing inter-channel interference using a redundancy channel by using a share or opening channel instead of currently used channel are provided to increase the frequency using rate by using the redundancy channel. An MS(Mobile Station) determines whether to generate ICI(Inter Channel Interference)(S220). If the ICI is generated, the MS transmits residual channel allocation request signal to a predetermined base station(S230). The MS receives the redundancy channel information which becomes by the base station(S250). According to the redundancy channel information, the MS converts into the allocated redundancy channel(S260). The MS communicates with the base station through the redundancy channel(S270).

패킷 수집(Packet Aggregation)을 위한 버퍼 장치 및 방법은, 상기 패킷들의 위치정보를 비트맵으로 구성하고 있는 수집 생성기와, 상기 패킷들의 위치 정보를 이용하여 패킷을 수집하는 수집 제어기에서, 비트맵으로 구성된 프레임 디스크립터(Frame Descriptor)들의 위치정보를 이용하여 패킷들을 수집하는 과정과, 상기 수집된 패킷들을 하나의 수집 PSDU(PHY Service Data Unit)으로 구성하여 목적지로 전송하는 과정과, 상기 전송한 결과를 상기 프레임 디스크립터의 상태 정보에 기록하는 과정을 포함하여, 수집(Aggregation)시 TID(Traffic ID) 검색에 따른 오버헤드가 줄기 때문에 상기 수집에 따른 검색 시간을 단축할 수 있고, 상기 비트맵을 통하여 같은 종류의 트래픽은 상기 TID가 같기 때문에 대략적인 지연 시간 예상이 가능하므로 상기 TID별로 선택적인 프레임의 폐기가 가능하여 QoS를 향상 시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다. 패킷 수집(Packet Aggregation), 버퍼 디스크립터(Buffer Descriptor), 프레임 디스크립터(Frame Descriptor), 비트맵(Bitmap)
