Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing cactus powder is provided to prevent acne generation and to ensure whitening effect with high content of vitamin C. CONSTITUTION: An O/W cosmetic composition contains 15-85 weight parts of purified water, 5-50 weight parts of oil, 1-10 weight parts of surfactant, 9-40 weight parts of polyol, and 2-5 weight parts of cactus powder. The cactus powder is obtained by pulverizing cactus and drying. The oil is mineral oil, cyclomethicone, isostearyl isostearate, cetyl octanoate, or trioctanoin. The polyol is glycerin, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol, or dipropylene glycol. The composition is used in the form of skin, lotion, and cream.

Abstract: A multi-welding false twist yarn and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to express excellent elasticity, good soft feeling, and unique patterns when performing weaving or knitting. A synthetic fiber filament(1) is supplied through a first roller(2) of 2700-3500 rpm, and then passed through a soft paper guide(3) of 2500-3000 rpm. The processed filament is passed through a first heater(4) of 100-230°C so that the filament is thermally treated. The heated filament is passed through a frictional disc type false twister so that the filament is false-twisted. The false-twisted filament is passed through a second roller(6) of 2600-3400 rpm. The resultant filament is passed through a second heater(7) of 200-230°C so that the filament is thermally set. The thermally set filament is subject to oil treatment by an oil-applying part(8), and then wound around a winding part(9).
