Abstract: The present invention relates to a ceiling type dehumidifying and cooling device for district cooling of an apartment house and, more specifically, to a ceiling type dehumidifying and cooling device for district cooling of an apartment house, comprising a main body which is shaped into a rectangular box to be installed on a ceiling and of which the inside is partitioned into a dry channel, a wet channel, and a steam bleeding discharge channel by a partition; a dehumidifying rotor for rotating around the partition to be positioned between the dry and wet channels inside the main body; a hot water coil at the bottom of the dehumidifying rotor in the wet channel of the main body to supply district heating water; a regenerative blower at the top of the dehumidifying rotor in the wet channel of the main body; an indirect cooler for discharging wet air generated during dehumidification through the steam bleeding discharge channel; a compact cooler for cooling the air of the dry channel of the main body; an air supply blower at the bottom of the dehumidifying rotor in the dry channel of the main body; and a steam bleeding blower installed in the steam bleeding discharge channel. The present invention can maximize space utilization as the dehumidifying and cooling device is installed on a ceiling of an evacuation space or a balcony (or a veranda); and is very effective in space utilization without damaging interior design.

Abstract: A nerve cell protecting agent, a screening method of a nerve cell, and a neurotransmittion promoter are provided to control the neurotransmittion at neuron by increasing the calcium concentration in cell by activating the glutamate receptor of a neuron cell membrane after the adjacent synapse. A nerve cell protecting agent contains the inhibitor or antagonist of the G-protein coupled receptor existing in astrocyte as an active ingredient, and protects a nerve cell from the neurotoxicity by the overactivation of the N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) receptor of neuron after synapse by the glutamate emitted from astrocyte.
