CONSTITUTION: A weather resistant thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 5~35 weight% of dispersed phase (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester polymers and (B) 65~95 weight% of continuous phase aromatic vinyl-cyanide vinyl copolymers.
