PURPOSE: An automatic apparatus for introducing grouting is provided to promptly and rigidly install the apparatus, thereby to speedily proceed the grouting process by comprising cam mechanism/clamp mechanism on outer pipe of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an external pipe(400) mounted with an introduction tube(410); a nozzle socket(420) for spraying mortar and another socket(430) connected to a hose for delivering the mortar; and a spring(421)/a ball(422) within the nozzle socket(420); a pair of rubber packers(450) outside the tube(410). The external pipe(400) is applied with a cam plate(440) while the tube(410) is attached by one cam(460) by means of pin to contact with the cam plate(440). Additionally, a cam mechanism is interposed between the cam plate(440) and the rubber packers(450) whereas a clamp(470) and one-directional clamp tap(480) are formed outside the tube(410).

PURPOSE: An optical fiber model of an OTDR measurement system is provided to effectively prevent a landslide by detecting the landslide in advance using an optical fiber cable. CONSTITUTION: An OTDR measurement system includes a pulse generator, a laser diode module, a coupling device, a photo detector, an amplifier, an A/D converter, and a signal processing section. An optical fiber model of the OTDR measurement system includes an acryl plate(210), a pair of rubber supporters(221,222), an optical fiber cable withdrawing rod(230) and an optical fiber cable(240). The acryl plate(210) has a rectangular shape and supports the rubber supporters(221,222), and the optical fiber cable withdrawing rod(230). The rubber supporters(221,222) have slots for supporting the optical fiber cable(240).

본 발명은 굴착시 지반의 보강 및 차수성을 향상시키고 연약지반(층적토 등)에서의 터널공사에 적용할 수 있는 직천공 강관 보강형 다단 그라우팅 시공 방법 및 직천공 장치에 관한 것으로, 소정길이의 중공형상을 가지며, 그 외주연 상측부에 그라우트재를 분사시키기 위한 다수의 주입구(12)가 소정길이마다 형성되되, 상기 주입구(12) 상부면에 그의 차폐방향으로 지지가이드수단(13)이 구비되는 강관(1); 상기 강관(1)내부에서 주입구(12)측으로 그라우트재가 역류없이 주입되도록 하기 위하여 상기 강관(1)에 연통하도록 주입구(12)에 내장되는 스트레이너(14); 및 상기 강관(1)에 연결되며, 외부의 드릴링장치로 부터 구동력을 인가받아 지반을 직천공하는 비트(2)를 포함하는 직천공장치와, 비트(Bit)(2)가 장착된 소정길이의 강관(1)을 드릴링(driling) 장비를 이용하여 소정의 깊이까지 설치한 후, 강관(1)의 설계길이에 이를 때까지 계속적으로 강관을 연결, 직천공하는 제1단계; 그라우팅시 그라우트재의 역류를 방지하도록 강관(1)과 천공면(6) 사이에 소정재질의 코르킹(corking)재(3)를 장착하는 제2단계; 및 강관(1) 내부에 소정간격으로 패커(packer)(5)를 설치하고 상기 그라우트재를 주입하는 제3단계를 포함하는 직천공 강관 보강형 다단 그라우팅 시공 방법을 제공한다.

본 발명은 커터링의 경도를 향상시켜 충격 저항성을 향상시키는 반면 마모를 저감시키기 위한 TBM용 고경도 디스크 커터링의 다상 복합주강 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 TBM용 디스크 커터링의 제조를 위한 합금 조성에서, 전체 조성물의 총 중량에 대하여 Si 0.3wt%, Mn 1.3wt%, V 1.0wt%, C 0.3∼0.45wt%, Mo 2wt%에 대하여 B 0.01∼0.03wt%을 첨가하고 잔부 Fe로 조성하고 930℃를 3시간 유지하는 풀림공정, 860℃를 3시간 유지하는 소입공정 및 냉각 후 290℃를 2시간 유지한 후 재냉각하는 염욕공정을 포함하는 염욕담금질 열처리방법에 의해, 커터링의 경도, 내마모성 및 내충격성을 향상시켜 커터의 마모와 파손을 최소화할 수 있는 특징이 있다.

PURPOSE: An assembly device of precast segments, an assembly method of the precast segments using the same, and a tunnel lining structure thereby are provided to easily and rapidly perform the assembly connection between precast segments. CONSTITUTION: An assembly device of precast segments comprises a first embedment body (10), a second embedment body (20), and a connection rod (30). The first and second embedment bodies comprise an end finishing plate (3) including a container type main body (2) and a protrusion insertion member (4). Both ends of the connection rod are individually inserted into the main body of the first embedment body and the main body of the second embedment body. When the adjacent precast segments are pressurized, the both ends of the connection rod are connected to the embedment bodies so that the precast segments are successively connected.

PURPOSE: A method for designing TBM(Tunnel boring Machine) specifications by using a statistical model based on a database is provided to enable reliable TBM manufacture even in an uncertain excavation target ground condition by calculating and designing the maximum specification of an TBM based on a database by past TBM design/construction results. CONSTITUTION: TBM design and construction result information is formed into a database. TBM specifications of the database and information related to the design of a cutter head installed in a TBM are statistically analyzed. The maximum thrust, maximum torque, and operating power of the TBM, the maximum revolution of the cutter head, the number/average intervals of disk cutters, an optimal design condition of the cutter head are estimated based on a statistical analysis result of the database and design conditions of the TBM and the disk cutter. A cutter interpenetration depth, satisfying the capacity of the disk cutter applied to the optimal design condition, is calculated. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a block type underground grout structure including vacuum drain hole formation and grout injection direction control by vacuum drainage is as follows. Injection holes(10) and vacuum drain holes(20) are bored at certain intervals in the ground. The vacuum drain holes are made into vacuum state while injecting grout into the injection holes, thereby leading the grout injected into the injection holes toward the vacuum drain holes. Bulbs are formed by the grout which flows from the injection holes toward the vacuum drain holes. Grout is injected in the vacuum drain holes so that an underground grout structure is formed.

PURPOSE: A drawing test machine for a rock bolt is provided to accurately measure the drawing force of a pure rock bolt with excluding influence due to shear force or bending. CONSTITUTION: A drawing test machine for a rock bolt comprises a support frame(11), a pulling shaft(12), a cradle member(13), and a pulling cylinder(14). The support frame is installed on the surface to support the device. A connecting rod(121) is formed on the lower end of the pulling shaft to hold the upper end of a rock bolt(2). The cradle member is installed on the support frame. The pulling cylinder comprises a sphere convex part(141) corresponding to the concave part of the cradle member. The pulling cylinder applies the pulling load on the pulling shaft.

PURPOSE: A steel lattice girder, which reinforces or supports the excavation surface of a tunnel, and a coupler for the same are provided to improve workability by reducing the weight of an H-steel support material. CONSTITUTION: A steel lattice girder comprises a first bar contact part, a second bar contact part, a third bar contact part, a first slope, and a second declined part. The first bar contact part is combined with a first bar(11). The second and the third bar contact part are combined with a second bar(12) and a third bar(13) at the first bar contact part. Two first slopes interlink with the first bar contact part and the second bar contact part at a tilt. The second declined part interlinks with the first bar contact part and the third bar contact part at a tilt.
