2 )가 발생되고, 배기온도가 높은 특징이 있으며, 이에 알맞은 Oxy-PC용 전기집진장치에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 발명의 Oxy-PC용 전기집진장치는,
순산소를 공급하여 연소시키는 연소실과, 상기 연소실에서 연소된 연소가스 중 미세입자를 제거하는 전기집진장치와, 황을 제거하는 황제거장치와, 상기 미세입자와 황이 제거된 연소가스의 일부를 다시 연소실에 공급하는 EGR장치가 구비된 Oxy-PC 시스템에 있어서,
Oxy-PC 시스템의 연소실에서 연소된 배기가스가 유입되는 유입구와, 배출되는 배출구가 형성되고, 하측에 집진된 미세입자를 배출하는 호퍼가 형성된 챔버와;
상기 챔버 내측에 설치되며, 내부에 공급 홀이 형성된 방전 봉과;
상기 방전 봉에 균일한 간격으로 다수개가 설치되며, 끝 부분에 상기 방전 봉의 공급 홀과 연통되어 상기 공급 홀로부터 공급되는 산소를 분사시키는 노즐이 형성된 방전 핀과;
상기 방전 봉에 고전압을 인가하는 고전압발생장치와;
상기 방전 봉의 공급 홀에 산소를 공급하는 산소공급장치로 구성되어,

The exhaust gas flows in a specific direction through a duct. The electricity insulating body is welded on the inner circumference of the duct. The Nichrome wire is reeled inside the duct lengthwise. The discharge rod is installed inside the Nichrome wire lengthwise. Corona discharge is generated between the discharge rod and the Nichrome wire. The high voltage generator is electrically connected to the Nichrome wire and the discharge rod and generates a high voltage. The voltage supply device connects to the Nichrome wire.

Abstract: A soot particle generator is provided to generate a mixture of volatile condensed micro nano particulate matter emitted from a diesel engine and nano particulate matter of carbon aggregate through a spark carbon granule generator, a pump and an electric furnace. A soot particle generator includes a carbon granule generator(A), a carbon granule conveying air generator(200), a pump(50), an electric furnace(60), a condensing chamber(70), a sampling probe(80), and an air generator(100). The carbon granule generator generates carbon granule by applying high voltage to carbon rods opposed with each other. The carbon granule conveying air generator conveys carbon granules generated by the carbon granule generator. The pump supplies a mixture of diesel fuel, engine oil and sulfur in a quantitative manner. The electric furnace is provided with the carbon granule and the mixture, and converts the mixture into a volatile component by evaporating the diesel fuel and engine oil from the mixture. The condensing chamber generates a mixture of nano particulate matters by causing coupling of the volatile component and carbon granule and coupling of the volatile component and sulfur. The sampling probe is connected to the condensing chamber, and discharges the mixture of nano particulate matters generated by the condensing chamber. The air generator is connected to the electric furnace, and adjusts the speed of conveying of the carbon granule and the mixture.
