Abstract: PURPOSE: A sludge supply device with a sludge preheating function is provided to compact a sludge dryer by decreasing a length having the highest stickiness of the device, and to effectively dry the sludge by pre-heating the sludge. CONSTITUTION: A sludge drying system includes a hopper(401), a sludge supply device(403), and a dryer(405). A sludge supply device with a sludge pre-heating function includes a screw(431) moving the sludge supplied from the hopper to the dryer; an air circulating part(437,440,435) offering an air flow path with the air discharged from the dryer; and a discharge part(408) discharging the sludge to the dryer which is moved by the screw. The sludge dryer includes a sludge input part(407), a disk part, a sludge packing part, and a sludge discharge part.

The sludge dryer includes a sludge input part(507) receiving the discharged sludge, a disk part(503a) heating the sludge with rotation, a sludge packing part(515) heating and moving the sludge, and a sludge discharge part(508) discharging the sludge heated by the sludge packing part. The surface of the disc part is coated with nanoparticles.
