    Abstract: 본 발명은 실시간 위치조정이 가능한 인쇄전자 윤전인쇄의 정밀중첩인쇄 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 윤전인쇄기를 구성하는 다수의 그라비어오프셋 인쇄유닛에 의하여 다층으로 구성된 마이크로미터 급의 미세한 정밀 인쇄전자 패턴을 각 각 정확하게 중첩 인쇄하는 것으로, 각 인쇄유닛마다 다른 형태의 레지스터 마크를 사용하나 하나의 판통 실린더 둘레에는 복수의 동일 레지스터 마크를 일정 간격으로 띄어 배치함으로써 비전 컨트롤시스템은 각 인쇄유닛마다 장치된 카메라 장치에 의하여 인쇄된 각 레지스터 마크의 편차를 신속하게 읽어, 다음 레지스터 마크를 읽기 전에 판통 실린더의 위치를 즉시 되먹임 조정함으로써, 판통 실린더의 회전방향과 축방향의 미소한 편차를 빠르게 해소하여 인쇄하도록 한다. 각 인쇄유닛에서 인쇄되는 레지스터 마크와 가늠맞춤 상태가 디스플레이장치 및 표시장치에 나타나게 함으로써 인쇄품질을 확인할 수 있는 실시간 위치조정이 가능한 인쇄전자 윤전인쇄의 정밀중첩인쇄 방법에 관한 것이다.
