Abstract: PURPOSE: An air rising type wastewater treatment equipment is provided to enhance wastewater treatment efficiency by generating further minute bubbles and promote agglomeration of solid-phase floating materials in a reaction bath in comparison with conventional inventions. CONSTITUTION: An air rising type wastewater treatment equipment comprises a reaction bath, an agglomeration bath, a floatation bath, and a scum removing apparatus. A low-end air exhaust tube(T) on an air floater in the reaction bath is formed in a spiral shape. A plurality of breaking plates are attached on an inner wall of the reaction bath which surrounds a fore-end opening on the air exhaust tube. The breaking plates are rectangular boards. Abstract: PURPOSE: A cyclone-type solid particle dissolving apparatus capable of improving the quality of a dissolving object is provided to uniformly transfer heat to the dissolving object using the circulating current. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone-type solid particle dissolving apparatus(100) includes an inlet pipe(10), a cyclone dissolving furnace(20), an outlet pipe(30), a heating unit(40), and more than two dissolving units(50). The inlet pipe guides a dissolving object transferred by carrier gas. The cyclone dissolving furnace circulates the carrier gas and the dissolving object for increasing the residence time, and discharges the dissolving object to the lower side through an outlet(21). The outlet pipe is vertically installed from the upper side of the cyclone dissolving furnace toward the center for only discharging the carrier gas. The heating unit is installed on the connection point of the inlet pipe and the cyclone dissolving furnace for heating the carrier gas and the dissolving object. Abstract: PURPOSE: A hot air generating apparatus using animal waste oil is provided to reduce operation costs by directly burning animal oil or generating refined oil using a refiner. CONSTITUTION: A hot air generating apparatus using animal waste oil comprises a slaughtered waste treating and drying device(10), a drum unit(17), a pretreatment heater(20), a supply unit, an electric heater, and an igniter. The slaughtered waste treating and drying device melts slaughtered waste(W) into animal oil(A) using a heating unit(14). The drum unit stores the animal oil. The animal oil is supplied to the internal combustion pipe of the pretreatment heater. The supply unit is connected to the combustion pipe and supplies air to the inside the combustion pipe. The electric heater is longitudinally installed inside the combustion pipe. The igniter generates sparks inside the combustion pipe.

Abstract: A hot blowing microwave complex dryer is provided to maximize drying efficiency of microwave in comparison with output. A hot blowing microwave complex dryer(1) comprises an input unit(10), a first chamber(20), a second chamber(30), and an output unit(40). The input unit supplies the cloth containing the moisture. The first chamber dries the cloth by irradiating microwave. The first chamber comprises a pair of plates, a waveguide groove, a partition, and a magnetron. A pair of plates are vertically distanced. A plurality of wave guide grooves are vertically formed in the surface that the plates faces to each other. The partition is formed between the waveguide grooves. The magnetron is formed in one end of the waveguide groove. The second chamber injects hot blowing and dries the cloth. The output unit ejects the dried cloth to the outside.
