본 발명은 입체장애 아민(sterically hindered amine) 및 유기칼슘염(organic calcium salt)를 포함하는 이산화탄소의 흡수 및 탄산염 고정화를 위한 수용액 및 이를 이용한 이산화탄소의 흡수 및 탄산염 고정화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 이산화탄소 흡수 및 탄산염 고정화를 위한 수용액은 이산화탄소 흡수제로서 높은 이산화탄소 흡수능, 낮은 이산화탄소 흡수 엔탈피 등을 가지는 입체장애 아민(sterically hindered amine)을 포함함으로써 수용액에 대한 이산화탄소 용해도를 현저히 향상시키고, 칼슘 이온 공급원으로서 유기칼슘염을 포함함으로써 칼사이트 및 바테라이트를 동시에 포함하여 산업상 활용도가 높은 탄산칼슘으로 이산화탄소를 고정화시킬 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a compound including an activated metal and a ligand, a carbon dioxide absorbent including the same, a method for producing the same, and a method for removing carbon dioxide. The high reproducing energy and low absorbing function of existing carbon dioxide absorbents are overcome so that reproducing energy is remarkably lowered. The carbon dioxide absorbed per unit of absorbent can be increased so that the size of a carbon dioxide absorbing tower can be reduced. Used reproducing energy is lowered so that device producing costs and operating costs can be remarkably reduced and economical feasibility can be ensured.

The present invention provides a perovskite-type ion conductive oxygen membrane having a composition of Ba_1-xSr_xCo_1-yFe_yO_3-δ coated with barium chromium oxide, a producing method thereof, and an oxygen separation process using the membrane. The membrane coated with barium chromate based oxide of the present invention has a significantly improved oxygen permeability and thermal stability compared with an uncoated separation membrane, thereby being usefully applied in separating oxygen from air containing carbon dioxide and the like.

The present invention relates to a proximity warning device having a proximity sensor installed in a vehicle door handle module. The proximity warning device according to the present invention includes a proximity sensor which is positioned in a vehicle door handle module and detects whether there is a nearby object, and a warning output unit which alerts a driver when the proximity sensor detects an approaching object. The proximity warning device according to the present invention alerts a driver when an object approaches the side of a vehicle by placing the proximity sensor in a vehicle door handle module, thereby effectively preventing an accident from occurring and easily repairing and replacing the proximity sensor. Also, the proximity warning device is located at a position where a driver can operate in a driver's seat, and the proximity warning device can be controlled to operate only when it is necessary if a switch which determines whether the warning output unit outputs a warning or not is installed. Moreover, if the proximity sensor and the warning output unit are set to operate when a turn signal lamp installed in a vehicle is turned on, the proximity warning system can recognize a moving vehicle which approaches the side of the vehicle, thereby preventing an accident due a blind spot which a driver cannot see.

PURPOSE: An imidazolium-based ionic liquid for isolating carbon dioxide is provided to have superior carbon dioxide absorbing ability and to easily separate absorbed carbon dioxide by heating. CONSTITUTION: An imidazolium-based ionic liquid compound has carbon dioxide absorption ability and is denoted by chemical formula 1. A carbon dioxide absorbing agent contains the compound. A method for isolating carbon dioxide from a gas mixture comprises the steps of: absorbing carbon dioxide from the gas mixture using the carbon dioxide absorbing agent; and deaerating the absorbed carbon dioxide.

PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide collecting absorbent containing metal hydrate and amine acid with a plurality of amine groups is provided to improve the absorption speed and rate of carbon dioxide by causing stearically hindered effect to the amino acid. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide collecting absorbent contains amino acid with a plurality of amine groups and alkali metal hydrate mixed with the amino acid. The molecular weight of the amino acid is 130-150g/mol. The alkali metal hydrate is selected from potassium hydrate, lithium hydrate, and sodium hydrate. The amino acid and the alkali metal hydrate are mixed at the equivalent ratio of 1:1. The absorbent further contains an anti corrosive agent, a coagulation aiding agent, an oxygen inhibitor, an antifoaming agent, and a mixture of the same.

CONSTITUTION: Heterocyclic secondary amine represented by chemical formula 1 or 2 is reacted with carbon dioxide. In chemical formula 1 or 2, n and n' are respectively 0, 1, or 2; R1, R2, and R3 are respectively hydrogen or hydroxyl group substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkyl groups; either or neither of R1 or R2 is capable of being hydrogen; R4 and R5 are respectively hydrogen group or hydroxyl group substituted or non-substituted C1 to C10 alkyl groups; either or neither of R4 or R5 is hydrogen.

CONSTITUTION: A BSCF-5582 oxygen membrane coated with LSTF-6437 is a Ba_0.5Sr_0.5Co_0.8Fe_0.2O_3-8 composition-based membrane, and La_0.6Sr_0.4Ti_0.3Fe_0.7O_3-8 composition is coated on the surface of the membrane. BSCF-5582 powder and LSTF-6437 powder are prepared(S100). The BSCF-5582-based membrane is prepared(S200). LSTF-6437-based coating liquid is prepared(S300). The LSTF-6437-based coating liquid is coated on the surface of the BSCF-5582-based membrane(S400). The LSTF-6437-based coating liquid coated BSCF-5582-based membrane is dried and sintered(S500).

PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide absorbing agent is provided to improve the absorbing speed of carbon dioxide by applying a chemical absorbing process, which was used at a low pressure, at a high pressure. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide absorbing agent is composed of methyldiethanolamine, cyclic amine, and water. A performance improving promoter is 7.5 weight% of the cyclic amine. 30 weight% of methyldiethanolamine is contained in the carbon dioxide absorbing agent. The cyclic amine is selected from a group including 2-methylpiperazine, trans piperazine, 2,5-dimethyl piperazine, 2-methyl piperazine, N-ethylpiperazine, pipecolinic acid, isonipecotic acid, methyl isonipecotate, N-alkyl-3-pipecoline, and the mixture of the same.
