본 발명은 방열효과가 우수한 엘이디 집어등의 방열구조 및 그것이 적용된 엘이디 집어등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 엘이디 집어등 방열구조는, 엘이디가 설치된 제1엘이디설치부에서 발생되는 열을 전달받으며, 좌측 끝단부와 우측끝단부 사이가 집어등의 전방을 향해 돌출된 형태로 구부러진 판 형상을 이루는 골격형성체; 및 상, 하로 간격을 두고 눕혀진 형태가 되도록 상기 골격형성체에 어느 한쪽이 고정되어 상, 하에 바람이 소통되는 공간을 형성하면서 고정되어 있되 골격형성체의 좌측부와 우측부 및 중앙부의 상, 하 모두에 설치되어 있는 다수 개의 방열판;을 갖는다. 본 발명의 방열구조는, 엘이디 집어등 주변에서 부는 바람이 방열판과 방열판 사이를 고르게 경유하여 빠져나가고, 선박의 출렁임은 눕혀져 있는 형태로 설치된 방열판이 부채의 역할을 하여 방열판과 방열판 사이의 공기가 외부로 원활하게 빠져나가므로 방열효과가 우수하며, 이러한 구조가 적용된 엘이디 집어등은 에너지 효율성이 매우 우수한 특징이 있다.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light-emitting needle assembly of a lure member for the fishing of a cuttlefish. The needle assembly of the lure member according to the present invention comprises: a fish hook installing part having a plurality of needles located therein; an oval lure member containing a fluorescent material to emit light if the lure member receives light emitted from a fish luring lamp and located at an upper portion of the fish hook installing part; and an interval maintaining member located between the fish hook installing part and the oval lure member while maintain the interval between the fish hook installing part and the oval lure member. According to the needle assembly of the lure member for fishing of the cuttlefish of the present invention, since the oval lure member has the fluorescent material, the oval lure member emits light by the light emitted from the fish luring lamp. Accordingly, cuttlefishes are collected around the needle assembly of the lure member. If a fishing gut is pulled, the cuttlefishes are more caught, so that an amount of caught cuttlefishes are increased. In addition, the fluorescent material is coated on the outer surface of the lure member and a hollow inner wall of the lure member. If O-rings are provided at both end portions of the hollow inner wall of the lure member to prevent water from flowing into the hollow inner wall, the fluorescent material is easily provided in the hollow inner wall to represent superior fluorescence, and light can be smoothly emitted for a long time, so that the lifespan is increased. In addition, if the oval lure member is formed of polycarbonate, the lure member can exhibit superior endurance.

The present invention relates to a proximity warning device having a proximity sensor installed in a vehicle door handle module. The proximity warning device according to the present invention includes a proximity sensor which is positioned in a vehicle door handle module and detects whether there is a nearby object, and a warning output unit which alerts a driver when the proximity sensor detects an approaching object. The proximity warning device according to the present invention alerts a driver when an object approaches the side of a vehicle by placing the proximity sensor in a vehicle door handle module, thereby effectively preventing an accident from occurring and easily repairing and replacing the proximity sensor. Also, the proximity warning device is located at a position where a driver can operate in a driver's seat, and the proximity warning device can be controlled to operate only when it is necessary if a switch which determines whether the warning output unit outputs a warning or not is installed. Moreover, if the proximity sensor and the warning output unit are set to operate when a turn signal lamp installed in a vehicle is turned on, the proximity warning system can recognize a moving vehicle which approaches the side of the vehicle, thereby preventing an accident due a blind spot which a driver cannot see.

PURPOSE: A heat radiation structure of a fishing lamp with an LED and the fishing lamp with the LED based on the same are provided to improve a cooling effect by forming a ventilation hole which vertically passes through a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A heat sink installing body (21) receives heat from an LED installing unit. A front heat sink (22) is fixed to the front surface of the heat sink installing body and includes a space for wind. The front edge of a rear heat sink (25) is fixed to the rear surface of the heat sink installing body. The rear heat sink is erectly fixed with a transverse space.

PURPOSE: A structure for discharging the heat of an LED fishing lamp and the LED fishing lamp using the same are provided to freely change the angle of light emission in all directions. CONSTITUTION: A structure for discharging the heat of an LED fishing lamp comprises a case (40) and an LED installation unit (10). The case is filled with liquid silicone oil (30). The LED installation unit is installed so that an LED can be dipped in the liquid silicone oil filled in the case. A space (42) for preventing the rupture of the case is formed in the case.

본 발명은 금속알콕사이드와 실란커플링제를 혼합하는 단계(단계 A); 상기 단계 A에서 제조한 혼합물에 자외선 경화형 올리고머와 다관능 단량체 및 용매를 첨가하여 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계(단계 B); 및 상기 단계 B에서 제조한 혼합용액에 광개시제를 첨가하여 교반하는 단계(단계 C)를 포함하는 투명 플라스틱 표면개질용 UV 경화형 하드코팅제의 제조방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 투명 플라스틱 표면개질용 UV 경화형 하드코팅제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 투명 플라스틱 표면개질용 하드코팅제는 투과율이 우수하며, 투명 플라스틱 표면 경도를 향상시킴과 동시에 투명 플라스틱과 코팅막 간의 부착력을 향상시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An electrolyte containing scattering materials for a dye-sensitized solar cell, the dye-sensitized solar cell including the same, and a method for manufacturing the dye-sensitized solar cell are provided to improve the photoelectric efficiency by including ceramic powder or metal powder. CONSTITUTION: A cathode electrode(100) comprises a transparent substrate(110), a transparent conductivity oxide layer(120) and a nano-oxide layer(130). An anode electrode(200) comprises a transparent substrate(210), a transparent conductivity oxide layer(220) and a platinum layer(230). The platinum layer is formed from the platinum catalyst which promotes the reduction reaction of electrolyte. An electrolyte layer(500) is interposed between the anode electrode and the cathode electrode and is made of the liquid electrolyte including ceramic powder or metal powder.

PURPOSE: A synthesis method of inorganic phosphor material powder is provided to improve the processing efficiency using a liquidizing method of an activator and a fluxing agent with a short amount of time. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of inorganic phosphor material powder comprises the following steps: liquidizing a fluxing agent, a codopant, an activator, and a sensitizer, and mixing the liquid with ZnS, ZnO and sulfur; firstly sintering to heat and maintain the mixture; washing the heated mixture and drying the mixture to remove the remained material; milling the dried mixture, adding more than on impurity, and milling the mixture again to make a particle shape into a cubic for a phase changing; mixing the phase changed mixture with the sulfur; secondly sintering; cooling the mixture; and washing and drying the mixture.

CONSTITUTION: An automatic pulverizing and mixing apparatus(100) for powder comprises: a main body(110); a mortar which is located on the upper side of the main body and includes a protrusion on the central floor of the mortar; a holder(130) which is included on one side of the mortar; a pestle(140) in which the upper end is combined with the holder and which the lower end touched with the inner side of the mortar; a rotary unit rotating the mortar; a vibration unit sanctioning vibration to the mortar; and a pressure unit(180) which is located on the upper end of the pestle and applies pressure to make the bottom end of the pestle stick to the inner side of the mortar.
