Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing mesosilica template(HP-KIT-6) with high hydrophobicity using cubic mesoporous silica tample is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing highly ordered mesoporous silver comprises: a step of impregnating solution containing silver nitrate(Ag(NO3)), ethanol, and distilled water into hydrophobic mesoporous silica template(HP-KIT-6) to form silver impregnated material; a step of drying the silver impregnated material and heating under the presence of nitrogen; a step of treating with NaOH solution to remove silica template; and a step of washing with distilled water and acetone and drying.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a method for producing stable solid granular adsorbent with cylinder or sphere feature used for C4 olefin separation from mixtures and an application of the same adsorbent. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving silver compound such as caustic silver, lipid silver oxide, halogenation silver, silver oxide and a mixture thereof, into a solvent; mixing the silver compound solution with clay supports; drying the mixture at temperature between 100-200°C for 3 hours or more; and heat treating the dried mixture at 30-350°C for 3 hours or more, wherein feature of the clay support may be powder, granular, cylinder, or sphere, and contains 60-85 wt% of SiO2, 4-25 wt% of Al2O3, 2-10 wt% of Fe2O3, 3wt% of CaO, 7wt% of MgO, 3wt% of Na2O and 3wt% of K2O.

휘발성석유화합물의 정제시설과 저장시설과 취급시설에서 배출되는 탄화수소류의 총 체적비가 약 15 - 53%인 오염공기를 실리카겔과 활성탄이 충진된 흡착식포집탑에 공급하여서 탄화수소류는 흡착 제거하고 일반적인 배출허용치 0.15 - 10g/m 3 를 만족하는 청정공기만을 대기로 배출하여서 대기환경오염을 방지하며, 흡착식포집탑에 흡착된 탄화수소류를 재생하여 얻어진 탄화수소류를 2탑식 흡착회수장치로 처리하여서 탄화수소류는 응측회수하여 자원 손실을 방지할 수 있는 휘발성 석유화합물의 흡착식포집장치와 2탑식 흡착회수장치 및 그 운전방법.
