Abstract:
A terminal changes a cell to a target base station corresponding to a target cell at an optimal time required for handover by comparing the signal strengths of a serving base foundation and peripheral cells according to a cell change command of the serving base station without immediately changing the cell in a network environment in which a small cell and a macrocell exist together. [Reference numerals] (1) Terminal; (2) Serving base station; (3) Target base station; (S120) HO decision; (S140) Cell change acceptance determination; (S170) Cell change report; (S180) Disconnect to an old cell and connect to a new cell; (S190) Synchronization; (S200) UL resource allocation and timing control
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A resource allocation method for D2D (device to device) communication in a cellular mobile telecommunication system can perform flexible and effective resource allocation having small down link control channel using capacity of a base station. CONSTITUTION: Operation information including information of at least one resource allocation pattern available for a D2D communication link is provided to terminals performing D2D communication for each terminal and D2D communication link (S410). A buffer status report is received from a terminal performing the D2D communication (S420). An indicating value indicating at least one of resource allocation patterns with reference to the buffer state report is transmitted (S430). Cellular link communication between the terminals is performed by using resource allocated to a cellular link by a resource allocation pattern indicated by the indicating value. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S410) Step of providing operation information including information of resource allocation pattern to terminals; (S420) Step of receiving a buffer status report from a terminal; (S430) Step of transmitting an indicating value indicating at least one of resource allocation patterns with reference to the buffer state report
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A direct communication method between the terminals based on a cellular mobile communication system is provided to offer security and stability by using a licensed band. CONSTITUTION: A subordinate terminal executes a pairing process with a representative terminal(S310). When data transmission for the paired representative terminal is necessary, the subordinate terminal transmits a scheduling request to a serving cell base station of the subordinate terminal(S320). The subordinate terminal receives scheduling approval from the serving cell base station(S330). The subordinate terminal transmits data for the representative terminal based on the scheduling approval(S340). [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S310) Step of pairing with a representative terminal; (S320) Step of transmitting a scheduling request to a base station; (S330) Step of receiving a scheduling approval from the base station; (S340) Step of transmitting data to the representative terminal based on the scheduling approval

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for transmitting data for detached machine type communication(MTC) devices and a mobile communication system using the method are provided to improve the efficiency of a downlink data transmitting process with respect to the detached MTC devices. CONSTITUTION: When an MTC device(110) is detached from a network, the MTC device stores context information which is finally allocated and used before the MTC device is detached from the network. If the detached MTC device is detected, a first gateway(410) stores context information with respect to the detached MTC device. The first gateway receives and buffers downlink data from an MTC server(500) to the detached MTC device and triggers paging to the detached MTC device. The detached MTC device wakes up at a specific timing and confirms a paging message corresponding to the context information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A contention-based uplink transmitting method is provided to convert a contention based radio network temporary identification(CB-RNTI)-based transmitting method into a cell radio network temporary ID(C-RNTI)-based transmitting method. CONSTITUTION: A radio bearer is set(410). The radio bearer corresponds to CB-RNTI. Uplink transmitting information is received from a base station(440). If the uplink transmitting information includes the CB-RNTI, data is transmitted to the base station by using the radio bearer in correspondence to the CB-RNTI(450). An instruction in correspondence to the CB-RNTI is received from the base station.
