Abstract: MMTP(MPEG Media Transport Protocol) 패킷을전송함에있어서, 패킷처리장치는참조 MMTP 패킷헤더의일부의필드값으로부터참조값을산출하고, 산출된참조값을압축된헤더에삽입한다. 상술된참조값을통해패킷시퀀스넘버의하위 5비트가동일한두 개의참조 MMTP 패킷들이존재하는경우혹은참조 MMTP 패킷의개수가 256의배수인경우에도, MMTP 패킷들을올바르게구분하는것이가능하게되고, MMTP 패킷이올바르게참조하는것이가능하게된다.

Abstract: An IPTV servicing method is provided to supply a function of controlling broadcasting contents through channel switching like a VoD service to each subscriber, thereby improving convenience of the subscriber. An IPTV(Internet Protocol Television) broadcasting station server(100) divides one broadcasting contents according to a predetermined section.
