PURPOSE: A three dimensional image panel, a three dimensional display apparatus and a driving method are provided to minimize a crosstalk by minimizing a discontinuity phenomenon generated when moving a barrier by using a parallax barrier and offer a soft and free three dimensional image. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional image panel(500) comprises the followings: a liquid crystal layer(510) blocking or transmitting the image played from an image panel(400); a first parallax barrier layer(1PB) including a first electrode portion(520) which is adjacent to one side of the liquid crystal layer and a second electrode portion(530) which is facing the other side of the liquid crystal layer; and a second parallax barrier layer(2PB) including a fourth electrode portion(550) which is located adjacent to a third electrode portion(540) facing one side of the liquid crystal layer between the liquid crystal layer and the first electrode portion(520) and the second electrode portion(530). The second electrode portion(530) is located between the liquid crystal layer(510) and the fourth electrode portion(550).

PURPOSE: A relay method of an MS(Mobile Station) is provided to enable the MS to execute a RS(Relay Station) function by using an identifier for relay data and MS data. CONSTITUTION: An MS(200) reports a basic performance including an RS function to a BS(Base Station)(120). The MS receives an AAI_MM_RS_REQ(Advanced Air Interface Multimode Relay Station Request) from the BS. The MS transmits an AI_MM_RS_RSP(Advanced Air Interface Multimode Relay Station Response) to the BS. The MS uses a FID(Flow Identifier) for separating the data of the MS from the data of the RS.

PURPOSE: A signaling method for executing direct communication between terminals is provided to manage flows, channels, resources, information broadcasts, and tokens by establishing a direct communication link between the terminals. CONSTITUTION: A first terminal transmits a link establishment request message for directly establishing direct communication including stream information to a second terminal(S10). The first terminal receives a link establishment response message for establishing the direct communication link establishment including flow information from the second terminal(S11). The first and the second terminal directly establish the link.

PURPOSE: A MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) transmission method in a digital video broadcasting system and a device thereof are provided to make an average output power of a signal inputted to each antenna equal or similar to each other. CONSTITUTION: An r2n-1 and an r2n are generated by the combination of a transmission signal modulated by 16QAM(Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) and QPSK(Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) modulation through a precoding process. A value with a different component size of 16QAM and QPSK is included in the r2n-1 and the r2n. The r2n-1 and the r2n have a different PAPR (Peak-to-Average Power Ratio) value from each other. A precoded r2n-1 and r2n are alternatively inputted to an amplifier connected to each antenna for the signal inputted to an amplifier before amplification of the output signal from antenna 1 and antenna 2.
