PURPOSE: A communication control system and a method thereof controlling a communication path or a routing of a communication network and an operation of a communication device are provided to reduce power usage amount of a communication network by controlling the operation state of an unnecessary device. CONSTITUTION: An energy efficiency monitoring unit(100) calculates energy efficiency of a communication device through collecting quantity of traffic consumed and quantity of power consumed of a communication equipment in a communication network. According to a calculated energy efficiency, a device control unit(110) controls operation of a communication device in the communication network. According to operation control of a communication device, a communication network control unit(120) controls routing or a communication path of a communication network.

PURPOSE: A provisioning management device for managing and controlling the large amount of the network element is provided to performing the improvement of the effective provisioning according to the increase of the network scale. CONSTITUTION: If provisioning client(150) requests provisioning, a provisioning manager(110) performs general control processes for performing a requested business. A profile management block manages all kinds of profiling data of a provisioning system. A provisioning manager engine(112) performs the access or control action about a table update or provisioning agents. A provisioning agent engine manages a plurality of management target nodes.

PURPOSE: A resources administration control system on packet-optical integration network and an operation method for more steadily offering the quality-guaranteed IP program service are provided to steadily secure the transmission quality of the IP premium service traffic and automatically control the resource distribution amount. CONSTITUTION: A network resource manager(31) grasps PTL routes of being formed in the packet - light merging network. Above net resources handler analyzes the resources use present condition according to each PTL route. A network resources handler dynamically varies the resource allocation quantity. A policy determiner(32) decides a service session resource reservation, change, and cancel request.

An initial gateway resource management method which is executed in the next generation network is provided to limit the transmission path of a subscriber terminal according to a subscribed access service level. A network access control unit receives a network access request message from a mobile terminal(S21), registers subscriber profile information in an access session position repository(S24), and then assigns an IP address to the mobile terminal passing through the access authentication(S26). A resource approval control unit sets up initial gateway resource information based on the subscriber profile of the mobile terminal to which the IP address is assigned(S30).

본 발명은, 인터넷을 이용한 음성 통화 서비스를 위한 브이오아이피(VoIP) 서비스에서 서비스품질을 반영한 과금을 처리하기 위한 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 시그널링 서버를 중계하여 상대측 단말과 세션 설정 프로토콜을 이용하여 시그널링을 수행하고, 상기 시그널링이 완료되면, 상기 상대측 단말과 직접 패킷을 송/수신하여 통화를 시작한 후 상기 통화에 대한 서비스품질을 측정하며, 상기 상대측 단말과의 통화가 완료되면 서비스품질 측정 결과 상기 시그널링 서버로 전송함을 특징으로 한다. 이로써, 본 발명은 VoIP 서비스의 과금 정보에 실제 통화에 대한 서비스품질을 측정하여 추가함으로써 서비스품질을 고려한 과금 정책 수립에 기반을 제공 및 서비스 업체가 SLA에 대한 대비를 가능하도록 할 수 있으며, 보다 합리적인 과금 처리를 수행할 수 있다. PURPOSE: A device for managing an MPLS(Multi Protocol Label Switching) network is provided to variably visualize topology information of the MPLS network in 4 types, thereby enabling a manager to perceive traffic engineering information at a glance and exactly carry out network management. CONSTITUTION: An RMS(Resource Monitoring Server)(2210) collects network resource state information including interface statistical information, topology information, and label switched path information, and stores the collected information. A TMS(Traffic Measurement and Analysis Server)(2230) measures, collects, analyzes, and stores traffic data including network performance and a neighboring system traffic matrix. A PA(Proxy Agent)(2250) collects router information that is not defined in a standard, and transmits the router information to the RMS(2210) and the TMS(2230). A CSI(Common Service Interface)(2260) receives the traffic data and the network resource state information, and transmits the data and the information to a GUI(Graphic User Interface)(2270). The GUI(2270) visually expresses the received information to supply the information to a manager.

PURPOSE: A network management interface operating system and method is provided to transmit plural CLI(Command Line Interface) commands like one command when the policy data is transmitted to a network equipment by using the CLI. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a logging engine(111), a CLI converter(112), and a network equipment interface(113). The logging engine(111) offers an interface with a network equipment management system, receives policy data transmitted from the network equipment management system, and logs the data. The CLI converter(112) receives the policy data from the logging engine, and converts the policy data into a group of CLI commands. The network equipment interface(113) transmits converted CLI commands to the network equipment.
