PURPOSE: A semi-IPN type polymer electrolyte composition is provided to remarkably improve ion conductivity and to have excellent electrochemical and thermal stability. CONSTITUTION: A semi-IPN type polymer electrolyte composition comprises 0.1-95 wt% of cyclotriphophazene-based crosslinker represented by chemical formula 1; 0.1-96.8 wt% of plasticizer represented by chemical formula 2; 3-40 wt% of lithium sat; and 0.1-5 wt% of curable initiator. The lithium salt is one or more selected from LiClO4, LiCF3SO3, LiBF4, LiPF6, LiAsF6, and Li (CF3SO2)2N.

PURPOSE: A cyclotriphosphazene-based crosslinking agent for polymer electrolyte and a solid polymer electrolyte composition containing the same are provided to reduce crystallization of ethylene oxide units and to improve ion conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A cyclotriphosphazene-based crosslinking agent is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing cyclotriphosphazene-based crosslinking agent comprises: a step of alkoxylation of R3 substituent of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene to prepare compound 4; a step of treating the compound 4 with pyridinium p-toluene sulfonate to prepare compound 5; a step of reacting compound 5 with triethyl amine and methacryloyl chloride to prepare compound 1. A solid polymer electrolyte composition contains 0.1-95 wt% of cyclotriphosphazene-based crosslinking agent of chemical formula 1; 0.1-96.8 wt% of plasticizer of chemical formula 2; 3-40 wt% of litium salt; and 0.1-5 wt% of curing type initiator.

CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte composition comprises a siloxane-based epoxy compound in chemical formula 1 as a crosslinking agent. In chemical formula 1, R1-R8 is respectively and independently C1-10 alkyl, n is an integer from 1-10. The polymer electrolyte composition is manufactured by reaction of the siloxane-based epoxy compound, and a nitrogen-containing polymer which is one or more mixtures selected from poly(vinylpyridine-co-styrene), poly(vinylpyridine), poly(vinylpyrrolidinone), polyvinylimidazole, poly(vinylpyridine-acrylate), polypyrrole, polyaniline.

PURPOSE: An organic semiconductor composition suitable for a soluble process and an organic thin film transistor manufactured thereby are provided to easily control solution viscosity by controlling the content of a binder. CONSTITUTION: A composition includes thiol and olefin. An organic insulating film(3) is manufactured by using photo hardening from the composition. An organic thin film transistor is manufactured by using an organic semiconductor composition as a channel material. The organic semiconductor composition includes the organic semiconductor compound having more than one kind, a binder, and a solvent. The composition for a gate insulating layer is spin-coated on a gate electrode(2) and patterned using a mask. The organic semiconductor composition is printed in an ink jet, a screen or a roll-to-roll method.
