Abstract:
A catalyst supported on an inorganic substance is given formula MaS [M is CuCl2 2H2O; S is an inorganic support such as γ-alumina, TiO2 and kisselbuhr; a is the wt.% of the metal . In the production, M and S are added to distilled water and heated to 80-90 deg.C, after deposition, it is dried at 110 deg.C. The production of dimethylcarbonater of formula (II) is also claimed. Methanol, carbon monoxide, oxygen are reacted in the presence of the catalyst at 100-140 deg.C and under 1-5 kg/cm2.
Abstract:
A soild catalyst is given the formula MaPbS. In formula, M is (CH3CO2)2Pd or RhCl(CO) [P(C6H5)3 2; P is selected from triphenylphosphin, nicotinamide and nicotinic acid; S is a support chosen from kisselguhr, γ-alumina, silica, TiO2, and acitive carbon; a is mole number of M; and b is mole ratio of an accelerating agent. The manufacturing method comprises; (A) dissolving M and P in dichloromethane and adding kisselguhr; (B) after deposition, refluxing at 30-50 deg.C; (C) distillation under diminished pressure; and (D) vacuum drying. In the production of ethylidene diacetate of formula (I), methyl acetate, 20-70 wt.% methyl iodide, hydrogen, CO are reacted in the presence of catalyst (I) and an accelerating agent at 90-250 deg.C, under 20-70 atms.
