Abstract:
A catalyst supported on an organic substance is given formula MaP. In formula, M is selected from RhCl(CO)[P(C6H5)3 2, RhCl(CO)[P(C6H5)3 3, (CH3CO2)2Pd, RhH(CO)[P(C6H5)3 3, and RhCl[P(C6H5)3 3; P is an organic support chosen from 2-20 % divinylbenzene polystyrene copolymer; and a is the wt.% of the metal. In the production of ethylidene diacetate of formula Ch3CH(OCOCH3)2, methyl acetate, 20-70 wt.% methyl iodide, CO, hydrogen are reacted in the presence of catalyst (I) and 1-10 wt.% picoline at 90-250 deg.C, under 20-70 atms. The catalyst can be easily separated from the ethylidene diacetate product.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing a thixotropic agent of amide wax using polyoxyethylene alkylphenylether is provided which eliminates the use and recovery of organic solvent, improves workability and reduces the processing cost by performing reaction under the atmospheric pressure and lengthening the gelling time of amide wax in solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a thixotropic agent of amide wax characteristically comprises the steps of: performing a condensation reaction by mixing primary organic acid, secondary amine, water, and polyoxyethylene alkylphenylether with stirring and heating; and cooling and milling the resultant product, wherein the polyoxyehtylene alkylphenylether is selected from polyoxyethylene octylphenylether, polyoxyethylene nonylphenylether, polyoxyethylene lauryl phenylether, and polyoxyethylene cetyl phenylether, and the amount of polyoxyethylene alkylphenylether is 0.5-2 wt% based on the weight of the reactants.
