Abstract: An oxidative composition comprising a nano metal catalyst for permanent wave is provided to enhance permanent wave formation rate of hair, inhibit hair damage by controlling reduction and oxidation speed of hair, and enhance hair health by increasing tension of hair. An oxidative composition for permanent wave comprises 0.001-5 wt.% of a nano transition metal catalyst having colloid phase with diameter of 1-100 nm and 0.0001-5 wt.% of a phosphoric acid co-catalyst, wherein the transition metal catalyst is zinc or cobalt and is prepared by (1) mixing a transition metal precursor with pure water, adding a reactive material into the mixture and dispersing it with agitation, (2) adding a reducing agent into the dispersion, cooling the solution to 25-30 deg.C and maturing it, and (3) adding an aqueous dispersant into the matured solution to stabilize it. The phosphoric acid is selected from the phosphoric acid and alkali metal salt of phosphoric acid such as sodium phosphate, potassium phosphate, sodium hydrogen phosphate, potassium hydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate or potassium dihydrogen phosphate.

Abstract: A self-molding permanent agent having improved storage stability is provided to perform shaping to the desired hair without hair-shaping apparatus due to self-molding properties, and inhibit deterioration of the permanent agent by preventing phase separation through addition of locust bean gum as a stabilizer. The self-molding permanent agent having improved storage stability comprises (a) a reducing composition containing a reducing agent and a sugar compound selected from algine, carrageenan and sugar derivatives thereof, (b) a molding composition containing a divalent metal element capable of inducing molding by combining with the sugar compound, and inducing molding by combining with the divalent metal element, and (c) a softening composition containing a softening agent selected from inorganic acid, organic acid and acid salt thereof, and mineral, and dissociating the combination of sugar compound with divalent metal element, and further comprises locust bean gum as a stabilizer.
