The screening method of the sphingosylphosphorylcholine(SPC) antagonist comprises the steps of: treating the object with sphingosylphosphorylcholine or its derivative to inhibit expression of anti-bacterial peptide; and treating the object with the SPC antagonist candidate material, and analyzing the expression restoration level of the anti-bacterial peptide in the object.
