Abstract: 본발명은하이브리드차량인 HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle)가고전압배터리로구동되는매입형영구자석동기모터를갖추고, 상기모터가쌍을이루는영구자석(5,5')의극 사이로한쌍의 U자단면홈(20a,20b)을배치한회전자를갖춤으로써, 영구자석(5,5')의끝단부자속변화저감으로와전류손을저감하면서역기전압 THD(전고조파외형률)을크게저감한정현적인역기전압파형을갖고, D축과 Q축의인덕턴스차이인돌극비를 V자형상홈구조에비해향상하면서증가된 Q축인덕턴스로릴럭턴스토크를추가적으로활용해효율을상승할수 있는특징을갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotor of driven motor for a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to increase inductance in a Q-axis by forming a pair of groove of U-shaped between permanent magnet poles. CONSTITUTION: In a rotor of driven motor for a hybrid electric vehicle, a ring-shaped body(1) has a core rapped with coil receiving power on the inside of a stator. A permanent magnet unit(10) is comprised of a pair of permanent magnets(5,5'). The permanent magnet unit is inserted into the ring-shaped body. The permanent magnets are arranged in the ring-shaped body by a certain interval. A groove(20) of an U-shaped is formed in the section of a ring-shaped body while no permanent magnet is inserted therein.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor stator for preventing demagnetization of a permanent magnet is provided to reduce a leakage flux of the permanent magnet by reducing the harmonic generated from a driving motor of a hybrid vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A motor includes a stator(10), a rotor(11), and a rotary shaft. The rotor is rotatably arranged in the stator. The rotary shaft is installed by passing through the center of the rotor. A linear unit(15) is formed on both sides of the end part of each tooth(13) of the stator. The linear unit is symmetrical based on the diameter direction of the stator. An arc part is formed on the center of the end part of each tooth of the stator.
